Would you leave a thing, with supernatural power to kill anybody, at random place knowing it would cause chaos if it falls into wrong hand? Would you confront a bad person who has asked you to do something wrong in exchange of not harming your beloved ones knowing confronting him would eventually harm your loved ones? You would if you were acting in this drama! There… this drama is this much lame and annoying too. Finally I’ve found a Korean thriller drama to tag ‘disappointing’ with it. Finally, I’ve found a Korean actress whose fake sad expression has totally pissed me off, to that extent that at one point I started skipping parts where she was onscreen. This drama had a sound plot with good mixture of thrill, emotion, supernatural stuff but they just ended up ruining all those! This drama took 32 episodes which was not necessary for its storyline and yet failed to explain number of twists. Audience would never know how the villain finds all those items or how he ends up dying; audience would never know how the male lead comes back to real world; audience would never know how a fatal bomb blast is avoided! The most annoying part is the ending. This cannot be tagged as an ‘open ending’ to be honest, this ending is simply a nonsense ending. I waited till the last episode hoping proper explanation of many questions would be given. But I’ve simply wasted 16 hours of my life. Was this review helpful to you?
The secret to watching this drama is taking a break, don't let this consume your life, just for leisure. The ending could have been better and could have explained more of what happened. Yes, there are plot holes but it was watchable for me.

The drama is very nice BUT not have a good explaining about the beginning and ending, alot of mystery not solve 1.why items from fire victims become supernatural items?
2.What the connection about the supernatural item and dream world?
3.From where the supernatural?
4.Did these items exist before the fire?
5.what is dream world actually?why the item become supernatural items because of the fire that happened there?
6. What about the dream world symbols in the items?,it reasonable if the item is marchandise of dream world,but how about the polaroid and the lighter?
7. How they know how to use the items?
8. Who jo se hwang actually? Why his father call him "monster"?Even though they are both same a disgusting monsters
9. why se hwang how about the items?
10. How to get them out of the album if the photo isn't ripped?
11. what happen with the bom in the train station???!
12. how kang joon out and back to the real world?
13. who is the women with the key necklace?
14. is jo se hwang really dead?
The case still reasonable until they said the dead of kang joon brother is connected with jo se hwang! It became very not make a sense because everything was related to Se hwang and kang joon, even they never meet before
and in the end jo se hwang did not receive the punishment by the law he deserved for his actions
The fantasy genre film originally is unreasonable,so if they want to make the genre of fantasy film they should be able to make all these things become connected instead of leaving questions to the watcher
It is unfortunate even though I felt that the film was very good at first

I haven't watched Kingdom, (but i plan to watch it after its 2nd season..hehe) i've seen Ju ji hoon in dramas goong and mask. What really made me decide to watch this was friends would recommend Kingdom because Ju ji hoon nailed his character ub the said drama. So okay i was browsing trailers after trailer after reviews and reviews on drama and i came across this Title. The title itself is NOT "CATCHY" so what about the item? Then there i was watching the 1st episode. The first scene was already intense. I mean the male lead screaming at the top his lungs telling everyone to get out of the train station and then when nobody listened he got into the tracks and raised his hand for trying to stop the train running in a dangerous speed. So okay I GOT HOOKED before i know it i was already in episode 12. I just couldn't take my eyes off the screen.The plot? Its AWESOME! Its an INTENSE one! 2cups of action and drama, 3 cups of suspense-thriller, 2 tablespoons of drama and comedy with a hint of romance. (Towards the end of the drama i wished really hard for the male lead and female lead to have a romantic moment)
The cast, the male lead? JU JI HOON when it comes to acting its a perfect 10.
Over all? I really enjoyed the drama, idk why some of you guys got bored with it but i found this drama great!

Because of unexplained scenes it lost its amazing lin
Amazing start in the beginning and every episode was having that thrill what will happen next. But everything was like waste by the end of series. Half of the series was good because they are more episodes to see, so we will expect an clarity in later episodes but as they don’t give clarity through visuals or proper dialogues it became an big question mark ❓Dead of people was the reason for powers in those items.. Even it’s fictional and they are things which are not possible to answer in any form in this world. But those reasons answering was like important in this drama. Because of the way the drama went.. drama started with questions from beginning and with many more questions it ended.
And how objects came into they hand is revealed for few but for few it dint answer. And how room of wishes rumour came into light when they are very few who knows about those item and they power. As items were spread and it landed in different way in people hands.
?According to drama, their is no one who can explain about power. And there is no one who actually knows why those powers are their and from when they are actually using it. And who is the first person who came to know about those power.
And how the negative character came to know about those powers and how he obtained them. For this they never explained in proper way.
✌?✌?✌?what they directed and music and acting and suspense in this drama are really good. Because of this item powers and few non clarity scenes, this drama dint work out. Because of lots of questions.✌?✌?✌?
Questions we will get in this drama while watching and no explanation we get in this drama.
Why the objects got those kind of powers?
Because of fire accident ! Okay but why those powers for those objects, when they were more then 300 dead!(value may differ)
****** it would have been good if they explained or visually shown us, how those objects obtain those powers.. the scenes which they shown us doesn’t explain in proper way. And doesn’t answer regarding power. It just says who had which object before they died.
If we check object power explanation
1. Album - old people want to store pictures like memories. So let’s think the power is like you can store anyone in the album but in real life they go into vegetable state! Then how you can get them out!! Collecting 12 objects and making wish!! It doesn’t make sense
2. Bracelet - it’s power is strength, basically it’s a gift to a child from the father before accident
3. Perfume - you can hypnotise someone
4. polaroid Camera - shows future
5. Touch light - works in dark and cannot be used in sun light
6. Ring - can transform into a character who actually owns it - for this ring explanation in the end was good. It actually has power because it want to do one last thing, Proposing his love and the priest dint realise why the power is like that and later realise it, uses it and sends video for a girl.
7.lighter - does it takes of light in the surroundings? Like the scene in car!!
8.hat - you can disappear
9. Makeup box - the mirror can take in anything and brings it out. If it’s special power item, it duplicates an fake item for certain period of time.
10. Stamp - healing power
11. Cellphone - Nothing it can do individually. But when it’s with other objects, it gives extra power to other object and if it’s with album then for some time, time stops. Except for the person who uses it.
12. Hat which clone uses - according to drama all the 11 objects are in real world but this one item is in other world. But Was it because he was wearing clone dress and actually the hat is an item but as his son captures him in the album the item also went into other world!!!??? Or it became an item after going into the other world?? Doesn’t make sense and no explanation for it at all. And the power is you keep hat on someone your time period as soul increases by observing other persons soul!!!
Finally all the 12 objects are placed and hero father ask him for his wish. And what wish he asked!!???
And finally the female with the item how she came and who is she??? Was it because of the wish hero asked?? Why she came? How she came? What was her reason to kill him?
Was she any where in the drama where I missed to see!!???
Any where in this drama they gave explanation for this all... maybe they planned for 2nd season and then they planned to reveal actual reasons. Maybe!!!

Hot mess!
The drama's biggest problem is that it's overly ambitious with its concept. It wrote itself in a corner that was impossible to get out from. Which resulted in making the whole thing a convoluted mess. Right from the beginning within 2 episodes, you can tell this had a really poor world building, it didn't even care, shamelessly! The whole thing was unbelievable edgy especially the antagonist, he was the definition of edge lord. Let's just hope that we do NOT get a second season of this mess.Was this review helpful to you?
Good actors play in a bad way, the script and dialogues are lazy and slow, the interactions between characters are stiff and unnatural. There is almost no direct confrontation between the protagonist and the antagonist, which should be the main theme of the scenario. There are too many characters and too many plots.
The pace is so sloooow. It may be confusing, because it seems to be drama of action. But no, action is too big word here.
I do recommend this drama only if you do not expect anything exciting and original. Just to watch handsome and talented Joo Ji Hoon, Jin Se Yeon – better than usual, evil Kim Kang Woo and sweet Shin Rin A.

I wanted to binge watch it and I think the special episode kind of ruined it for me from the beginning. So if anyone wants to watch it, begin from the first episode. I am not too sure about the acting because I am dropping it before my judgement is established but from what I have seen Kim Kang Woo looked the most convincing and menacing.
