I loved this drama! This is an easy going, light heart drama with no major conflict compared to other dramas.
I decided to watch this after finishing Goblin and I don't regret it. It's pretty much the opposite of Goblin, so for those who need a change of pace from melodrama I definitely recommend this.
The actors were amazing and I loved the plot line, although it's a pretty typical drama plot, it's simple with no revenge, no family drama, no love triangle.
As a law office their cases were solved in 1-2 episodes, so if you were worried that there would be a lot of background information about the cases, that won't be a problem.
While it is a simple drama, you can see the character growth in both the main characters.

I debated between a 8 & 9 rating since I was at about 8.5. I decided to round up to 9 for the simple reason that I grinned through the entire show, love the actors, and it was super entertaining. The things I loved and the things had issues with are below so you can make your own decision on whether to watch or not ^_^
DISCLAIMER: I watch dramas & read books to be entertained and never really over-analyze every little thing, picking it to pieces, so my perspective is skewed in that way.
Things I loved about the show:
1. The acting. It was done very well by some wonderful actors!
2. The music/sound effects. I love me a romcom with adorable sound affects and even graphic popups ala WWWSK!
3. The romance. It was adorable and extra points for not having the cliche ex girlfriend or mother acting crazy trying to keep the main leads apart.
4. The side characters/storylines. I really appreciate a show where you truly want to watch the supporting characters and are invested in what is going on with them and do not end up skipping their parts.
5. The actual cases they worked on. I loved all of them and how they were handled.
What I had some tiny issues with:
1. The stalker ex-boyfriend plot. It was not very well done. He shows up and is taken care of wayyyy to easily/quickly considering the entire plot surrounding the main female lead was based on what he did to her.
2. I'm just going to say it. The evil laugh that the ex-stalker boyfriend had. Whut? I can't handle such an over the top villainous laugh. *shrugs*
3. The romantic wrap-up of two of the side characters. The office manager guy and the woman with the daughter? I mean you see this deep affection from the guy over lots of episodes and even though nothing happens, you can't help to build up a lot of hope for him. Let me clarify... it's NOT that they don't end up together that rubbed me the wrong way. It's that they are given about 2 minute of screen time for a flat rejection in the final episode and I felt that the build up didn't justify the abrupt dismissal of that particular story thread. The way it was handled was a disappointment to me personally.
All in all... this s how did deliver EXACTLY what I was looking for when I began watching it and that was a super cute, fluffy romance where I smiled through the whole thing and came away feeling lighter than when I started. I didn't overthink it. I just allowed myself to enjoy it for what it is. :)

Light hearted fluffy eye candy
Watched this one as I wanted something light and fluffy after a heavier series. Beautiful sets, costumes, people. Kind and warm camaraderie, absolutely sweet romance, entertaining secondary characters. Yet seven with all this it felt like a one time watch and 16 episodes felt too long, I mostly watched at 1.25 speed. Watch this if you want a break from heavier dramas and don't want another addictive binge watch. This is one of the series you can settle down in front of with a full plate of food and just have a pleasant time with. Was this review helpful to you?

You will fall in love with this drama
I started watching this after Goblin and after falling in love with Lee Dong Wook. And I felt for him even harder.
His acting is so on point that I can’t even describe it, when he’s in court he’s so good that you are glued to the screen. Yoo In Na is soooo cute and her character is amazing. At first you think that she’s like Avery other Hallyu star, stupid and bitchy, but she’s the kindest soul on Earth.
Of course there are cliches, like the “We need to break up because I love you so much” and whatnot, but the acting is so good that the cliches are sufferable.
The supporting actors are really good, their stories really makes you laugh and think.
Kwon Jung Rok is the epitome of the perfect boyfriend, he’s so effortlessly handsome and cute and so helpless that you can’t avoid falling for him. Seeing his relationship with Oh Jin Shim grow makes you believe in love. The old “enemies to lovers” story is told in a new light and it’s slow enough to be credible. And the OST! Oh! They're so amazing that I sing them every day! I have watched it 3 times already but I will watch it hundred times more.
In conclusion I love this drama, it’s my favourite drama ever and I will recommend it with my whole heart.

Almost Everything I Needed in a Kdrama Romance
This was my favorite FL in a very long time. Yoo In Na was so damn good. The girl is a comedy genius IMO. She had me in tears the first 2 epsiodes. I usually hate the female lead and as annoying as she was in the beginning she really grew on me and I just loved her so much. Her character growth was great to see. I loved the ML as well but it is LDW.The supporting cast, especially at the law firm were so good. Mr. Yeon, the CEO at the lawfirm, was hysterical and I loved every scene he was in. Oh Jung Se has so much talent he went from this to playing Sang Tae in IOTNBO. OML great actor!!
I loved the chracater of Se-Won too. He was an attorney at the prosecutor's office and ML bestfriend. Another super positive of the drama is that the villain storyline was over and done with in the blink of an eye.
Episode 15 bar none is one of the funniest episodes in a Kdrama I have ever watched. I was on the floor with mutiple scenes.
The OST is good.
The reason the show is not getting a 10 from me is that one couple didn't get a happy ending and honestly it pissed me off b/c every other couple got a happy ending and in my perfect romance fantasy everyone gets a happy ending!!

Touch Your Heart (2019)
You'll never convince me that this show wasn't just fan service to reunite the secondary couple from Goblin (2016).I'm also almost not convinced that the meta of poking fun at Yoo In Na (유인나)'s character's acting skills wasn't completely on the nose. Personally, I wasn't too sold on her and male lead Lee Dong Wook (이동욱)'s chemistry in the show; it was just "okay". An odd departure from their "iconic" chemistry from just a few years back. Could be an script issue too, I suppose.
Overall the story is lacking but then again I don't think the show was aiming for that in the first place. While I understand that the writing needed some minor themes to build some substance with, the lawyer/attorney stuff feels flimsy at best. It's clear that the show had one purpose from start to finish. Fan service for the fans of Gobl-, sorry I meant, to portray a simple, cute, and fuzzy romance with bits of comedy thrown in. A romantic comedy, even. Har har har.
Your honor, while the show did nothing wrong per se it is guilty of one thing.
It did not, in fact, touch my heart.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this other than a hopefully cute and fluffy romance, and while it's a bit cliched at points, there's a bit more depth to the plot than I was expecting! The opening caught my attention with the beautiful city shots and the upbeat song, swiftly followed by the scandal. I got hooked in pretty fast and kind of regretted watching it as it aired because it KILLED me to wait for each new episode! I was surprised a little by how much I loved this drama, and the romance, and the additional stuff alongside the cute romance.
Oh Yeon So
-adorable little Martian.
-I love her she’s hilarious. I kinda got Elle Woods vibes from her, with her outfits, and how people lowkey assume she’s dumb but then she cracks out some law knowledge cause it turns out she has an excellent memory.
-I felt for her, especially when it’s finally revealed what the deal is with the scandal that happened, she’s supposed to not be very good at acting and she’s just trying to get back on her feet okay!
-I also admired her dedication and determination that she showed throughout the drama, as well as her emotional empathy, understanding and kindness towards the various different people we encountered.
Jung Rok
-he’s a bit of an ass in the beginning and doesn’t really give her a chance but honestly that’s just his personality like he’s not here to piss about.
-He’s so straightforward and brusque and matter of fact, and isn’t that great with human interaction for the most part.
- He doesn’t come to company events, he doesn’t always get social cues like cornering her at a company dinner to ask her in front of everyone why she got upset at him. BUT he is quite sweet and adorable.
The supporting cast…I loved them. Her manager….man I loved him, I wasn’t too sure of him at first but he really looks out for her and the two of them where funny. The divorce lawyer….he’s such a mummys boy I was cackling jesus, but he was kind of sweet in his own way, helping her get experience at the court by taking her with him etc. I think we should admire his self confidence to be honest. The female lawyer who kept falling in love all over the place, and my GOD did I ship she and the divorce lawyer after a few of their interactions! They where my favourite side couple and they had me chuckling a couple of times.
But the biggest shout out goes to Jung Rok’s roommate Se Won. THANK GOD FOR HIM. Seriously, he fixed everything one time when they had a fight and Jfc, whenever something would happen with our main couple after that I was like Se Won please go and sort it out. I loved Se Won and I was rooting for he and his ex to get back together.
Romance: They where so cute from close to the start, like episode 3, but episode 4...hot damn they where just too cute and it was killing me and then it threw in that sinister clip in the middle of it and then back to the cute I was like woah...if I wasn’t hooked already this would have done it.
-I was anticipating more of them being adorable and the drama that was to come! I just loved how kinda sweet and innocent it all was because neither of them have ever dated before, and you saw her obviously get feelings first and try to keep it from him so badly, and him realise her feelings and know her excuses and reasoning for things are bullshit but still rolling with it.
-They’re so freaking sweet okay. Jesus.
-I also enjoyed the level of trust they had so we avoided any misunderstandings about certain things in the show, and didn’t have arguments about it!
Plot: I was drawn in by the characters and the romance, but there was plenty in the plot to keep me interested.
-We have Yeon So assimilating to her new job and the hilarity with that, and her bonding and getting closer with Jung Rok as well as the other lawyers etc.
-We have the romance growing and developing.
-We have the mystery of her scandal and what happened, we have the shady chaebol when he appears, but we also have the various different cases we see in each episode that Jung rok handles and Yeon So becomes involved in which I wasn’t expecting and added a nice amount of intrigue and something to keep you interested alongside the romance and added more depth to the drama.
-I loved seeing her get involved and help in her own special way which I also think went a ways to the developing romance as it paints her in a new light to him, but we had a variety of different cases, and while I initially didn’t get the focus on two characters who weren’t the mains even if one was his roommate, they did slowly connect in with the main characters.
-It’s nicely paced, I was a bit sad that the whole thing with the Chaebol Air was sorted so quickly and I was worried it was going to be a final few episodes of nothing much really happening which was my issue with what’s wrong with Secretary kim, but it turned out that there was more to cover, her making her comeback and so on!
-There was unexpected action at points too and it kept us busy up until the end with cute and funny moments as well as a few more obstacles and issues to work out.
Final Thoughts:
A nicely paced drama, a sweet romance, the leads have great chemistry. Lots of funny moments, a surprising hint of action here or there and it keeps you entertained until the end when it wraps things up neatly! Definitely a rewatchable one and I never stopped looking forward to the episodes each week!

Lukewarm to this couple in Goblin but they were so cute in this
9.5/10 is my rating. This is a 2019 South Korean Romantic television series drama with 16, 60 minute episodes.Oh Jin-shim (Yoo In-na), who is famous as Oh Yoon-seo, is a top Hallyu (Internationally famous) actress whose goddess like beauty has covered for her lack of acting skills. When she is involved in a scandal, she loses top billing even when found innocent. Two years later she is hoping enough time has passed that she can climb back to the top. Her agent accidentally leaves a script where she can see it although it was intended for an actress that is currently popular. Seeing this as her chance to reclaim top billing, she convinces her agency to push to give her another chance. The screenwriter, whom she begs to pick her for the role, has one condition - she must train for the role by actually doing the job portrayed in the film. It just so happens her CEO has a cousin with a law firm who is also a huge fan of Oh Yoon-seo and is willing to let this inexperienced star volunteer at their firm to improve her acting. Things get off to a rocky start when the CEO of the law firm pairs her as the secretary to a lawyer named Kwon Jung-rok (Lee Dong-wook). Jung-rok is not impressed that Oh Yoon-seo is famous. He treats her coldly and impersonally as he does everyone and challenges her to actually perform the job she is volunteering for. But still water runs deep and, it turns out, there is a lot more to Yoo In-na than just beauty and she is determined to prove her worth to the very talented lawyer. Can the two bridge the two's seemingly insurmountable differences?
Spoilers*. I wasn't reluctant to watch this as the two had been a pair in Goblin and honestly I felt really lukewarm about their relationship in that drama. However, this was very different and I really liked them as a couple in this. I thought the actress might be more of a spoiled prima donna but she was not. In fact, I found her character to be really kind and personable. It was interesting because my expectations and bias of what she might be like was a mirror for what the male lead thought. He also played the cold, serious almost robotic lawyer really well. I always enjoy the trope where the right person is able to thaw someone's icy exterior. The cases it showed added some depth to the drama and kept my interest throughout. I thought the stalker angle was interesting and was actually a bit disappointed that it resolved so quickly and, relatively, easily. I was worried she would not make her come back and was very happy when she did. The only slight disappointment I had was that she went to all the work to make the comeback and then was going to give it up after only one role when it seemed like, as an actress, she had made huge strides in her acting ability. Guess I am greedy for my characters, I want them to have it all in love and life. It is a very good drama, with surprising depth, and yet very light hearted. I highly recommend this drama.

makes you feel fuzzy while watching it
I was looking for a lighthearted romcom and Touch Your Heart fit the criteria perfectly. It had depth to the story without it being overwhelming. I was a bit worried I would be heartbroken throughout most of the drama, but I wasn't! It is truly a good drama to watch if you're in the middle of watching a heavy drama or have just finished one.I especially love the main couple because their relationship is based on trust and understanding. There was no need for dragged out scenes of the leads apart and upset simply due to a mere misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved by communicating with each other. It was so refreshing to see the main leads express their feelings so earnestly and openly. Moreover, I enjoyed the stories of all the other couples. Their scenes would be splashed in between so it wasn't like the main couple was the entire story, hence why I say it has depth. The other relationships begin and progress differently. This drama definitely brings out the realness of relationships--both romantic AND platonic in terms of how relationships improve gradually and the two parties get to know each other better along the way.
They did amazing with the casting. There is chemistry between the male and female lead so it truly felt like they were both in love with each other. However, as I mentioned above, I enjoyed the friendships and other relationships in the drama too. The male lead did great in showing the character development through measured facial expressions and movements. Everyone looks like they had lots of fun making this drama. It is very wholesome. Don't be deterred by the hour long episodes! It honestly didn't feel like an hour to me, so I enjoyed watching every bit of it. You won't regret it!

Oh Yoon Seo was such a adorable Actress and when she comes to work at the Always Law Firm and meets the cold lawyer Kwon Jung Rok, it is totally hilarious . What commences is an adorable rom-com where you’ll find yourself laughing at Yoo In Na’s antics. Her character is totally lovable! I really can’t stop laughing at her ridiculousness and cutenesss. I mean how can you be so adorable.
Though she is completely oblivious of the working of the Law Firm , she learns the skills of being a Perfect Secretary and even receiving praises from Mr. Lawyer. The iconic scene in the episode 3 was so beautifully captured . We see the Character Development of Kwon Jung Rok the most , from being cold hearted and arrogant to becoming a perfect boyfriend to Oh Yoon Seo and changing his ways .
The supporting characters i.e the people working at the Always Law Firm were great and had great comic timing, especially the CEO. The quirky characters in the office made things lightier and funnier.
This Drama had touched my heart with the cute moments and adorable characters. The characters are such that you can’t help falling in love with them . Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na did great justice to the characters . Even though I haven’t watched many Dramas, I can still say that this will be one of my favourite for a long time . I forgot to mention the super great OST of the Drama having songs like Make It Count by Exo’s Chen and What is Love by Wendy (Red Velvet ).
Overall this was a very cutesy, adorable drama with such heart-warming moments.

I'm glad I decided to keep watching because in a short time this drama and the characters won me over, and I enjoyed watching it so much. It became one of my favorite dramas this year and I'm planning on rewatching soon. While the show predominantly has a light atmosphere, it also deals with some heavy themes, but it doesn't lose its essence. I didn't feel like I was watching a different show.
I personally loved Oh Yoon Seo to bits, she's so sweetheart and I laughed a lot because of her antics, she's genuinely a good person and I can't help to want to protect and shelter her from all the evil of the world. It was so nice to see her grow and mature over the episodes. Her relationship with Kwon Jung Rok is so sweet, I smiled so much at every interaction they had. I loved how affectionate they are with each other and expressed their feelings.
The side characters are nice too, I enjoyed the office dynamic and how everyone accepted Oh Yoon Seo so well and treated her nicely. Also, the secondary couple was really fun. I'm weak for a good "rivals to lovers" and their scenes together are the funniest.
