Both male leads wants revenge on the female lead for something they did in a past life. And both male leads have wandered the earth for hundreds of years, waiting for an opportunity to exact that revenge on the female lead when she is reincarnated.

Han Joon Oh is a leading South Korean celebrity. He is stunningly good-looking and tall but is secretly plagued by an inferiority complex that leaves him permanently insecure. One day, he is hired to appear in a public service video. But the shoot goes horribly wrong, and Han Joon Oh is involved in a potentially fatal car collision. So where do I start, would it be a spoiler to describe the plot? Soul on a mission, yes it's an adventure full of mystery and romance.

What's similar is not the plot but its actually the leads rediscovery of their feelings. They know that they'll regret it later if they listen to their heart but because the longing for the other is so strong they are in a dilemma. Plus the synchronized plot revelation makes you want to know how its going to end just like in Alchemy of souls.
Both the cast is amazing that's why its a MUST WATCH.

When i started watching Moon in the day i got a familiar feeling. I find it similar to MLSHR as they both have a cold male lead. In both drama the viewers are confused if the male lead is good or bad. Good or bad in a perspective towards the FL. They both have happy and cheerful characters besides the ML. The poster and name both are similar as well. Well this is still ongoing so i dont know how it turns out but MLSHR's story build up is really good.

both shows have ' body swapping" situation when an incident happens ....TMWM show is more comedic whist MIAD is more on the revenge side

They are similar because they both talk about how lives from the past affect lives now. In "See You in My 19th Life," the main character remembers her old lives and tries to fix something important from her 18th life. This story talks about love, fate, and how the past affects the present. "Moon in the Day" likely has similar ideas, where the story shows how what happened in the past changes how characters act and feel now, mixing love, drama, and make-believe parts.

Reincarnation Fantasy about 19th life. Couple , tragic end , one remembers past lives. Theme is seeking to end the cycle with potential of having to harm the other to make that happen. Pacing similar as well.
