The male main character Ning Wei Jin is a talented young surgeon, and although unexperienced with love, he is reliable, caring, and mature. I personally didn't swoon over him but he was excellent boyfriend material. I liked his relationship with his younger sister Ning Wei Xuan and his best friend Gao Ren.
The female main character Ding Ding pursues her dream of designing pet toys and I was rooting for her as she navigated the challenges of running her online shop and creating original designs. (If you love cats, you might like this drama because there's cat pillows, cat cartoons, a cat cafe, and a pet cat.) I loved her loyal, humorous best friend, Xiao Feng, who gave the BEST advice. You could always count on him to call her out on her behavior. Basically, anytime the ex-boyfriend came back into the storyline, it would cause an issue between the main leads, but they (mostly Ding Ding) never seemed to learn and grow from it. It seemed pretty hypocritical on Ding Ding's part given how she felt when she saw Ning Wei Jin with his close female friend.
Ning Wei Xuan is a really energetic, lighthearted character who relentlessly pursues her brother's best friend Gao Ren. Their scenes initially are so much fun - the highlight of the drama for me - and had me laughing out loud. However, there was a point when she really crossed the line and I no longer found her antics funny. I really wanted her to reflect over her actions and grow up a little. Also, while I loved Gao Ren, the introduction of the other doctor really showed how immature he was in comparison...
In conclusion, if you decide to give this drama a try and are tempted to drop it halfway through, I recommend dropping it.

Do not watch
I love the drama that the cast become a doctor so I watched this drama even though their rating was low. I’m okay with the first episode to the half of the episodes. Nearly ending, the drama became so bad! This is what I’m really really mad since the drama has 44 episodes which quite long and at the end of drama you’re found it so bad. I cursed so many times since I felt really dumbfounded. This is what I want to review about, second of the last episodes, ML wanted to go overseas to study more about his cancer treatment. He can bought one of his family member and consider to take FL with him since they’re couple. But FL refused to follow him because of some reasons. One of the reason is she do not want to leave her ex boyfriend which was hospitalized because of the accident and they’re no other people who waited for her ex at the hospital. The other reason is because her work about designing. I can accepted her reasoning to reject ML to follow him but I can’t accepted when ML need to fly and she was late because her ex was found missing at that time and she focused on finding her ex rather than go meet her boyfriend at the airport. When she arrived at airport and found out ML already departed, she didn’t even text him to say sorry for her mistake and waited for ML to text her first but ML do not text her for a long time ( when he at overseas for one year) since he angry with FL. It is acceptable because FL didn’t take any chances to say sorry to him. This is because, I’m really annoyed with FL character.Second reason why I found it dumbfounded to watch which during ML at overseas, FL got a customer dm her to buy her items for several times and they became online friend. It’s was illogical to share your problem with customer that you contacted online which you’re never meet them outside. But FL can asked and shared her problem without hesitation. They have been contacted with each other and became friends. Rather than communicate with her boyfriend and apologize to him, she was contacted with stranger and get along with him. The writer did a bad job during this time and I can’t help to get annoyed.
The story was become so bad and annoying then I’m stopped watching immediately. Please do not watch it since it will annoyed you to maximum range.

Too Dragging
It was promising initially but bored me to death afterwards. Took me a few months before I finally decided to finish it. It would have been great if they did not drag it for too long, I hated that the FL is so attached to his ex, like what the hell??? Not that I am bitter, but is this even possible? I have a very open mind but not like this. I am a girl, and I can always offer my help, but not to this extent. That was the part I hated the most. Didn't she realize she was hurting her boyfriend? Its not healthy! The other conflicts are okay, because it happens sometimes, but that one is really frustrating I feel like knocking her head or something..aaargh!!!Was this review helpful to you?

starts promising but ends as trash
Honestly, by the end, I was hoping for a bitter end to the relationship and the male lead character to find happiness with some blonde :P in the states.They dragged the story too long, should have been a maximum of 20 episodes. Stupid people like the female lead character does not exist in the world. The ending was complete garbage. The writer really screwed the female lead character, unbelievable that they got back together without an intense apology or dubiqi from the female lead character. The fact that the female lead character says she was not at fault for neglecting her bf, pissed me off even more.
The scriptwriter probably doesn't have regular relationships or any relationships (sorry for the direct hit, but I'm pissed). I get that this is a drama but a little resemblance of real relationships are necessary, I really want to trash on the scriptwriter for making me hate the female character and ruining the whole series. $#%$#$!%$#^*&%%^@$%!@%$#%!#%
rating dropped from 8 to a 5... should give it a minus 5 but I liked the cast and especially the male lead's acting.

The worst female lead EVER
To be honest, Dingding don't deserves a man so good as Dr. Ning. He always put she on the #1 place in her life, but she cares with everyone most that him. Who kind of woman in love will let the boyfriend stay alone for 1 year in the other side of the world, 'cause have to take care of her ex-boyfriend??? Man, that's ridiculous! And the fact that Dr. Ning have to fight for the relationship until the end, when Dingding NEVER done anything to apologize (when she was the only wrong) or to deserve the fight, just make me real dissapointed and revolted.I'm so mad with that end, it's make all the drama a big trash for me.

Overall, it's not a bad show. No extreme love triangles, no extreme drama but towards the end there was so much wannabe drama, I was like "this is dumb" but I continued to watch it because honestly, it's an easy watch and I don't mind it at all. I did enjoy it, I also enjoyed the acting and I definitely enjoyed the OST.
Now is it a 10/10 show? Nah. But would I watch it again? If I'm bored.

Should Have Read The Reviews First
Generally I am not the one to belive in reviews but i shall amend my habit from now as reality has slapped me hard. Now coming back to drama why do writers always make ml to be self sacrificing benevolent character it is not realistic at all. Recently I have been disappointed in cdrama that i have come across where fl doesn't seem to acknowledge her mistakes or apologize to ml, such relationship is a failure because she is taking advantage of his love for her and infact does not have any feelings for ml. Fl left her ex because he was not over his ex and now fl is doing same to ml.All in all i regret starting this drama, i can accept a bad start but good end while it is hard to digest a good start with bad end.
P.S. : Another cdrama that annoyed the hell out of me recently is please be my family there also in last episode fl destroyed her relationship and want to be accepted back without any apology. Is apologizing that hard.

But the director stretch the story too much which make the drama little boring ..I like the love story between male lead's ( dr.Ning Wei ) sister and his friend more than his love story ,his love story is good but both of their acting is cold ,I am not emotionally attached with their expression ,there is no spark in their acting.
So drama is ok according to me.

Pulling hair out..
Honestly i thought there was a plot here, but there was various mistakes when making this. Such as when they were trapped in the store and he made a candle light cake eating session, you can see the camera red light blinking as it recorded the scene. The next one would be where she was cutting the box to reveal the wedding dress, she takes the plastic off the covered dress with her right arm which is basically the right side she got her surgery in. With the fast jerking motion, she wasnt in pain? She wasnt tearing out her stitches? She has that much range of motion? But when she holds hands and does little thing, suddenly the pain was too much? Geez. Try to be a bit more realistic here please. Also the doctors sister was so annoying geez she was a character i wish i can jist erase out. A package of Trash
This is the worst worst worsest drama I have ever seen in my life and in the future also. Even for the same direction team also it is impossible to make another drama of this much trashy. The FL is soo annoying and the ML is soo shameless without a bottom line. It’s very simple, how can a man can love a person when every time he got treated like a trash and every time she proved that he is the least respected person in her life.Most annoying FL and shameless ML (with respected profession and designation)
1. Even after got rejected number of times brutally he still loves her and wants her.
2. Every time she put her ex as her first priority and him (ML) in the last, yet he still loves her.
3. Even after number of time he realized that he is not important to her (compared to every one) he still wants her. She never cherished him or his love.
4. Even at the last episode she rejected to accompany him to abroad because she wanted to take care of her ex boyfriend, and he requested her at least to see him off at the airport and she missed that one also to care of her ex boyfriend issue, yet shamelessly he wants her only.
5. She canceled her meeting with elders regarding marriage preparation to care of her ex boyfriend but the ML is not hurt at all.
6. When he texted that he wanted to meet her and he is waiting in front of her house she refused to meet him and when she saw him slept in the from her home whole night still she didn’t feel at all she told that there is nothing to talk with him and left yet she wants her only.
7. Last but not least, when she decided to break up and went to look for her new chatting friend yet again he didn’t hurt at all.
Like this I can point out another hundreds of situations, according to me the ML and FL were not in love at all may be it’s just an sexual attraction, because to any human being, any one above mentioned reason is enough to break up but after so many incidents the ML didn’t hurt at all.
or may be the director wants to show not to love a person who has love or break up history otherwise you will get treated like a trash.

Frustrating
●The only thing I loved about this drama cats, but am not a cat person BTW.This drama started off pretty well with a doctor and patient relationship to delving more into romantic relationship. But the constant return of the ex is so frustrating. FL is everytime running back to help, just because she knew all the business and people. But for 40 episodes, it keeps repeating and makes it more like drop the drama. If this drama had 50/60 episodes, the ex could have more come backs.
The ML as a doctor is a charm and his workplace scandal had scope but was written poorly.
●I hate dropping dramas so I finished this and finally able to survive.
Music sorry I don’t remember it. Its always cries and sad.
I wont rewatch it neither recommending it.

Ok to be honest, there isn't really anything super groundbreaking about this drama. And there were definitely some parts where I was definitely uncomfortable with/frown at very intensely. However, I rated it 8/10 because I just really enjoyed the male lead actor dude. He's not the must shuai or the best actor, but there was something about his character's calm demeanor and way of being that was very endearing. Likes:
- I think the overall love story was cute la. It definitely made sense and was slow enough that I was annoyed, but also gave enough cute scenes so I wasn't always annoyed. I liked the main leads together very much.
- I think the female lead's job was cool and as a character overall she was pretty logical. (However, she doesn't always explain her logic which just makes other people confused so that's a huge negative for me)
Dislikes:
- OK I HAVE SEVERAL PRETTY STRONG DISLIKES, but they're more so uncomfortable parts for me.
1) There's a reason doctor's aren't supposed to get involved with their patients. I don't feel like they did a good job explaining this one away. And the number of female patients trying to hit of male lead doctor dude also was just wrong on so many levels.
2) The story trope of female character going after main male lead even after he clearly doesn't like her/has a partner already/has turned her down many times. LIKE WHY????
3) Unrealistic ending where secondary pairing end up together even though throughout the whole series the second male lead insisted multiple times how much he couldn't like the second female lead romantically. like what changed??
Ok if you're able to look past the morally grey areas of this drama, I would totally watch it because it did give me lots of cute feels.
