Wonderful Life (2005)

The story about the ml and sfl and fl and sml are literally the same. If you liked one you'll enjoy the other

I was surprised there was no recommendation for these two. Even though in Wonderful Life they married because of pregnancy, they both have the same type of love triangle with the second female lead and the "wife." The main male lead are also similar in terms of their love for both female leads, and the couples are also always fighting in the beginning and eventually learn to cope with each other.

In both series the main girl becomes pregnant and she has difficulties following her dream.

Drunk night pregnancy leading to forced marriage and then the couple bicker, hate, do stupid things and finally realize love

Han Seung Wan and Jung Se Jin bump into each other at the airport and accidentally take each other's passports. They meet again and Seung Wan and Se Jin end up spending the day together. The rest of the story revolves around the family's journey in learning to take responsibility and learning to love each other
