Hard to watch..
The plot progression is rather slow, and it's just really hard to watch. What I'm actually looking forward to is the wife knowing he's a conman and the aftermath of that. However, at 32 episodes, she still has no idea. I watched the ending [from YouTube] and found out that it'll be an open ending.
His relationship with his wife is what motivated me to watch this drama, however, I am not satisfied.
With regards to him being in the field of Politics, at first, it was weird, but his genuine heart for the people (ironically) was something good to watch.
For the antagonist, Park Hoo Ja's voice is just annoying for me, though many loved her. I also find it unreasonable, how she's so powerful and all that, her wealth wasn't portrayed that well for me.
"Politicians that con the people," is a real-life message this drama gives.

I liked all the actors a lot. I've seen Lee Yoo Young in some other stuff, but something about her always made me a bit put off (especially after her creepy factor in Tunnel), but she was really great here! I'd watch something else with her now! Choi Si Won is handsome and a good actor here, though I haven't seen him in much of anything, but I'd happily watch another drama with him again too. It was my first time seeing Kim Min Jung and let me just say that she does an amazing job playing the super bad guy! I've got to 100% applaud her performance! Tae In Ho has played a large variety of characters - he played a rather upright character all the way through, but had a couple goofy scenes that made me giggle. Park Kyung Hye was perfect here - quirky, but loving (in an aggressive way) sister LOL.
What I liked most about this drama was how unique the setting was - the main characters are essentially married and together starting ~episode 3 (the prior episodes are just set up). By the characters being married, it offered a nice dynamic to witness with a married couple rekindling their relationship with lots and lots of laughs between.
I likely won't rewatch, but if you enjoy a bit of politics, a bit of con artistry, a bunch of comedy, rekindled romance, and redemption, I'd recommend this to you!

Not bad, a light drama, slice of life,,
I hesitated to watch it, because the synopsis of the story did not seem to persuade, and in various sites the story was different, but when i watch it hmmm not bad as i thoughtlight drama, with a story that is quite entertaining with acting that is quite comedy,,At first his comedy acting wasn't too much, so it looked pretty funny and didn't seem too deliberate,,, but at the end of the story is a bit pushy but maybe still acceptable
@@synopsis@@
telling about a professional con artist who accidentally married the police after the money from his fraud was taken by his girlfriend and is involved with the child of the victim of his fraud which makes him try to become a member of the council
### cast i like ##
Kim mi young
But sometimes the story seems out of sync, and too forced, because how can they lets the cheated people not know the people who cheating them.even his often appears on television and even becomes a member of their council ... and the ending seems too hasty and the ending isn't clear, but yeah obviously that's over ... but it would be better if the identity of the cheater would uncover sooner
and honestly I don't understand what they say about politics
And the edits and storylines sometimes seem suddenly, various conditions of the characters suddenly happen, suddenly hide, suddenly disappear, and suddenly come out from jail or police station, suddenly they find evidence, suddenly characters A and B have connections, suddenly caught, etc,,,
1. The victim of fraud did not know that the cheater was Jung Gook even though he often on TV and became a member of the council
2. For what jinhee (first sister) in jail?
3. how can yang jung gook know the whereabouts of Han Sung Jin? while mom and miyoung don't even know
4. Why shudenly is there an election for the new chairman of national party ?

This drama really caught my interest when I read their plot, and it didn't give me false hope? The first episode is catchy, and all the other episodes were able to maintain my interest. They are funny and very entertaining. I like the fact that they tackled about government's corruption. I loved how Choi Siwon (Yang Jung Kook) confronted and fought for what is right. I really enjoyed when he brought the kids from school during the rally about something (don't want to spoil everything). What a brilliant writer!! Confrontations and realizations about politics are true.
For comedy part, I really enjoyed all of it. One thing I liked the most is the fact that though I know already that this will be a funny scene, they were still able to make me laugh, even if the joke/line is predictable, their acting is so great that they were able to act it out and me me laugh as if it's my first time hearing and seeing those kind of jokes. That was amazing of them. Credits also to the director and those who chose their background music, the comedy scenes are really funny. ???
The best scenes for me is when the group of Hae Jae Ho (Choi Pil Joo) wanted to kidnap You Young Lee (Kim Min Young) -- the outcome was so exciting and funny, and the sound effects made it even more hilarious. Also, the scene at the police station where they're asking for Hae Jae Ho's confessions -- I really laughed very loud that time???
Kim Min Jung (Park Hoo Ja) really suited in her role. She's really annoying??? a comedy villain really suited her.
Choi Siwon (Yang Jung Kook) is really good here, however, his handsome features were more shown in SHE WAS PRETTY, and his role there looks great on him.
You Young Lee (Kim Mi Young)'s pretty face is more noticeable in this drama. Roles like this really suited her -- loving strong woman.
YOU CAUGHT MY EYES
Hae Jae Ho
is very entertaining in this drama. I think a funny gangster leader suits him better than a serious gangster? hope to see more of you being a comedian??

When I first watched this drama it was very fast. In the 1st and 2nd ep, Jung-kook (con) had already found a new girl and married her (Mi-young) who she later confessed to be a cop. I feel that the writers lost an GREAT opportunity to show the relationship between Jung-kook and Mi-young. It would had been great to see how they deal with each other in their houses but instead this drama focuses on their work than their close relationship at home. And yes we see their relationship at home in a few later episodes but then the arguments that happened (Mi-young getting mad that Jung-kook running for assembly) did not make much sense since the drama never really show what their life at home was from the start. Or even both of them being together much. So I did not understand her anger. I just wish that the writers provided us more scenes of their relationship because I'm not feeling much of a connection between the two. But I hope in the next episode or so we get to see more of them together and not just at their workplace. Regardless I find this show and the character very interesting. I'm glad to see Si-won back in acting, he's always funny and a great actor. I also like Mi-young's character, she is very bold, strong and confident. It's a good thing that both of the main leads are strong. The character Park Hoo-ja is also very interesting. I loved how the actress played her character and kept a straight face. Very well done! The way she played her character looks so natural and authentic that I hope that the actress isn't like this in real life. So far all the actors in this movie looks very unique and it's refreshing to see that. Another thing that I really appreciate in this drama is the music. It goes so well with it and it's also music that I've not heard in a drama. The music is funny like the drama and also intense like the drama. This whole show for me is absolutely worthwhile. It's very interesting and keeps you thinking about what would happened next. It's very unpredictable. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a good laugh. Was this review helpful to you?
Reading many people’s reviews/ comments/ opinions on dramas made me judge dramas based on certain elements. But this drama reminded me that I don’t need these standards to like or enjoy a drama all I need is to find it enjoyable… to forget everything and focus on what is happening in that world.
I've never felt this way about a drama before. It is different, original, unexpectedly likable, funny, unpredictable, refreshing, and shifts between genres so well. Once you get past the first few episodes things start getting better. there is no heaviness; it is light but meaningful. It is something to enjoy watching without expectations. the cast does a wonderful job. I especially like the performance of Hoo Ja, but even all characters were well done as well. The writer did well. The music was funny and fitting. There wasn’t much romance, but strangely, I did not mind it at all because the story was interesting enough.
