The main characters are both nerdy, eccentric women with a similar feel. They both see supernatural or paranormal phenomena others cannot. Both dramas have similar themes.

Both are Korean Netflix originals with quirky characters and quirky storytelling with unexpected twists. Both have these "weird " vibes.

Mesmo não assistindo Glitch, desde que soube da existência desse novo drama, assimilei The School Nurse Files a ele, principalmente pelo fato dos dois serem de fantasia e terem a vibe de criaturas mágicas

Firstly, MSH is totally different in genre, theme and plot.
But both dramas revolve around school, its students and staff. Both deal with issues in school and how the leads solve them.

In both dramas a lady sees scary spirits/ghosts and feels exhausted and miserable because of it. People around her think she is cursed/crazy (both of them have a weird smile XD). Then she finds a man with special energy that can help her with a touch (such as holding hands, since it passes the energy).

Both feature a female lead who is very dramatic and over the top and a little bit silly.
Both feature a male lead who is just your average good-hearted dude who happens to have a special magical power that can help the female lead do her job.
Both feature the idea of the mystical world just beyond what most people can see and are about helping people.
Both have serious moments among lighthearted levity.

Also an absurd situation. The school nurse is the only one who can see the 'jellies" creatures that are invading her school and causing mayhem.

unconventional weird women, eccentricity as a style, grief, loneliness, friendship, societal/institutional critique, trauma, distinctive directorial styles, hidden thoughts and desires expressed, convoluted, incoherent mysteries, knotty, messy, bold and interesting

Both have super power themes in high school, but Mob Psycho has the leads as students. Both of these have odd, offbeat visual styles and involve characters that can see hidden things, plus weird humor.

Monster? Superhero?
+ weirdness & comedy.
One of the best cg adaptation i love from korea productions. It was so japan vibe. She was a great actress.

they‘re both off-beat fantasy/magical short school dramas based on popular webtoons.

Although they’re very different in terms of plot, they remind me of each other in the way the story is told and the school setting.

It's similar in the fact that both are set in a school and both are supernatural mysteries. I watched Akumu-Chan 7 years ago so I can't specifically point out any other similarities or anything else but I do know that when I watched The School Nurse Files, Akumu-Chan was the first thing that came into my mind.

Other than taking place primarily in schools, the plots are not similar at all, but both of these shows are very unique. Both have a weird vibe to them I cannot describe.

Both are independent movies with metaphor-ridden, surrealist plot lines. Albeit in different ways, both stories showcase a wide range of social issues in modern-day society, packaged in unique and occasionally quirky symbolism.

Both dramas deal with the supernatural and are centered around a FL and ML duo that encounters supernatural beings. The FL has a mission to fight against these since childhood and she is supported by the ML who was at first clueless. The dynamics of the duo and their relationship are similar in both dramas. Smart and strong female lead, smart and supportive male lead.

Both dramas also have a dark and complicated past as origin.
