No Side Game (2019)

New manager turns around struggling team, this time in Korean baseball rather than Japanese rugby. I don't know much about baseball but the strong characters helped me slide past that lack of knowledge.

Kimijima Hayato works for a big manufacturing company and is unfairly demoted to a chief of general affairs position at a factory in the province and serve as the general manager of the company's rugby team. He hopes to regain his standing at the company by rebuilding the Astros into a powerhouse, but he doesn't have any knowledge about rugby.

Both dramas combine sport and business themes into one, and based on novels of the same writer. The plots are different though, where Roosevelt Game has "parallel sport-business story" but No Side Game is a more directly connected sport-business kind of story.
