Both stories deal with teenagers, their problems with law and how they learn to trust people. Main characters are forced into dificult situations but they manage to escape it and gain trust from their friends. Besides, the leads in both dramas are cute)

Both main characters want to help kids without using violence.
And they have similar personalities.
However in KT the main character is a teacher while in shibatora the mc is a policeman

They have the same kind of feeling.
