Sound of the Desert (2014)

Both talk about how women can be strong and independent and how the royal family falls in love with the female lead

Strong female main character, handsome male characters, lovely romance, adventure, beautiful world and clothes, beautiful music.
I think the overall warm atmospehere is similar.

The idea of finding that ideal love whom you can sacrifice a lot applies to both. They both have strong female leads, and plenty of twists in the plot to keep you interested.

*Both have strong female characters that fight for their life & beliefs, and not just be passive-reactive to what happens to them: they Make things happen!
*Both have an adorable couple with great chemistry.
*Both feature military strategies & war.
*Both productions have a similar feel/atmosphere to them -though Singing All Along is a bit more epic & has better cgi.
*Both are Chinese historical dramas based on real historical characters (at least the general in Sound of the Desert is a real character) and events, with very limited fantasy elements.

All three of the leads are in The Young Warriors.
There's a element of the men being generals/soldiers
There are some tragic love stories but also happy endings
There is some element of magical realism.

Maria, struggling financially, juggles a low-paying day job with nighttime shifts at a cabaret to fund her sister Nana's eye operation. Tragedy struck their family when a young Maria accidentally caused a fire, resulting in Nana's blindness and their father's death. Shiro, a discontented concert pianist, crosses paths with Maria in a traffic accident, leading to his hospitalization. Adopting a false identity and amnesia, Shiro seeks refuge at Maria's home, eventually becoming a cabaret pianist. Unbeknownst to them, fate weaves a complex web, revealing that their lives were never meant to intersect.

Different stories but same feel. Similarities between the two are:

2) FL has a different love interest initially
3) ML falls in love first
4) Once the Lead couple get together they are loyal and trust each other
5) Both are slow paced drama
6) Amazing chemistry

If you like one, definitely give the other a try.

The main couple just give the same energy, smart heroine, and noughty but affluent hero. They play beetwen themself in the same way, plus the hero of the story look kinda similar

-Intelligent female leads who are able to maneuver any situations
-both female leads were of great help to male leads during political battles
-male leads are both talented generals who were skilled in military strategies and martial arts
-male leads were known as gods of war
-political strife

Sound of the Desert is similar to Eternal Love in that:

-Female lead is in love with someone else first.
-Male Lead is completely in love with her and is super open about it. Affectionate, wicked, naughty.
-Second female lead is super hateful, although in SotD the second female is not in love with the male lead.
-Passionate kisses, although in both the romance takes a while to start.
-There's no magic or fantasy in SotD
-The male leads always wear black.
-Overall the romance gives the same vibe.
-There are a few more similarities but I feel they would be spoilers.

Sound of the desert's male lead is REALLY possessive not those nutcase sort of possessive but ITZ RLLY NICE

Both have general that fall in love with a smart FL. The FL is good with scheme and strategies. The FL also have few identities.

It has the same female lead, love triangle, and political intrigue.

The same writer, similar male leads, but another choice by female lead. She chooses XL ( general). Female lead also some kind of wild, and free spirit.
