SORRY DRAMA! (JUST MY OPINION)

So I have read and seen many dramas where the main leads have a one-night stand, and then the female lead leaves for 3-5 years and comes back with kids, so it's not new to me and I predicted it already. I like that Mitra is strong (ish) but I hate her stupidity. She dwells so much on the past and says that Parin "ruined" her life. Yes, I understand that he did, but every time that he tries to explain, she won't let him! She said she loved him, but then when it comes to his explanation or just him talking, she says that it disgusted her and made her hate him even more. Parin is very sweet and kind to Mitra, but when he up and left, that pisses me off. Like, why would you leave? It made Mitra hate Parin even more, and when she had the third child with Parin, she hated herself? But she did that to herself? She practically threw herself on him and kissed him first (episode 7 I believe). Mitra victimized herself and doesn't listen to what others have to say. She believes one thing and she will continue to believe the WRONG thing. As the audience watching this, I was very frustrated. I hyperventilate a lot from anger and frustration. Maybe I am taking it too personal because me as a human being, like to listen to both sides of the story. And I apply it to real life at some point, when two couples have a one-night stand or so, women will press charges or sue the men of "RAPE" but most times, it's actually women that does the drugging, like Pam (Mitra's ex-friend). I feel bad for Parin so much, and I hate that Mitra was able to break up the friendship between Gun and Parin. I hate that Gun was willing to choose Mitra whom he's met once over his friend Parin whom he's known for years. That's all for me.....

Okay

This drama would be choice of those who likes love story with hate . Drama is stretched too much . This is my perception to see the story . I like second lead also ,they looked cute together .more scenes wanted to see about them (second lead). Little boring .Most of the romantic part end with hatred which make the scenes little boring . Rest was good. All the
other characterss did their part very well. Those two kidos were very cute. Third one also very cute. All I can write about this drama is that it is one time watch deama

TL;DR - A good slap kiss with great eye candy in our leads. More or less a good one time watch, just because it's hard to suspend your belief the second time around with the hijinks that occur.

I was conflicted on whether to give this a 7.5 or 8 - ultimately I decided to score it higher because I really did enjoy watching the lakorn when it aired and it was the first one where I was watching it live (so I actually had to wait for new episodes, check for spoilers on Twitter and obsessively refresh the translator's page haha). Overall it was entertaining and the story is pretty cohesive, though there are two major things in the story/characters that threw me off and I think would throw everyone off.

1. The infamous beginning. Tbh, there was no rhyme or reason for why Prin chose to believe a stranger and do what he did to Mitra. Especially since later he does all these nice and thoughtful things that completely contradicts how he was in ep 1. Granted, he does feel guilty about it and somehow that guilt forms into love (which I don't 100% buy into bc I think love happens when you get to know someone. But it didn't deter me from believing in his love for her.). Honestly, the fact that Prin apologized, begged Mitra for forgiveness, felt guilt and had her best interests at heart makes him leaps and bounds better then some pra'eks I've seen in the past (where they do that sh*t and don't apologize or feel guilt for what they did to the FL). In retrospect, this is a pretty sad standard to have in today's day and age, but I get that slap-kiss lakorns tend to be like this. For what it's worth, I like that they showed a pra'ek that did that, and showed how he tried to redeem himself to a well earned forgiveness. So Prin gets a gold star from me.

2. Mitra forgiving Prin early on in the series. This honestly threw me off and I had seen this in the previews, but was hoping it wouldn't go down the way it did. It confused me bc Mitra was all about hating on Prin and never forgiving him for what he did, so it really surprised me that after him saving her that one time, she was willing to forgive him. Then Prin pulls a noble idiot on her and she really ramps up her anger and hatred for a long while after. I felt like this should've been switched; if Mitra had all that anger and unwillingness in the beginning, but then saw how good Prin was, it would've made more sense that she was changing her mind about him. This was just a part of the lakorn I couldn't think about too hard, otherwise it would've ruined the watching experience for me.

Past those two points, I really enjoyed the romance. I loved how Prin saw Mitra as his whole world and just adored her. I love how he went against his dad to get Mitra's dad's permission in trying to court her. I also liked how Mitra didn't make it easy for Prin - I know some viewed her actions as extreme and immature. I think that was intentional - to me it looked like Mitra was so blinded by her anger to Prin that it caused her to lose sight of what was really important and be really biased of Prin's intentions to her. But when Na calls her out her behavior and she finally allows herself to accept her feelings for Prin, it makes for a pretty sweet journey to their HEA.

My favourite characters are the 2ndry couple, and surprisingly Prin's dad. Shoutout to Pam for being a great villain. I loved Chen's actor in another lakorn, so I was a little sad that he was a playboy in the beginning. But I loved how he saw what he was doing was wrong and genuinely tried to change himself and work hard, and dumping that b Pam on her butt. Na is an amazing character as well, blunt and very wise, and just someone you want to have in your corner. I was very happy they both got together. Prin's dad was a surprise to me, because I was actually touched watching him turn from a villain to someone with regret who just wants to be a better person.

I thought the music was well done here and played appropriately. I really like the two main songs and have them in my playlist.

All in all while I certainly enjoyed watching it, I don't think I would rewatch. Maybe for the Prin +Mitra parts, but the two aforementioned problems I had with this lakorn will bother me too much. For me, it's a good one time watch lakorn. I also feel a little guilty for saying this, but as much as I like Kem and Mookda in this lakorn, I felt like an older pair would've made this lakorn a bit more believable to watch (K+M look too young to have kids). But I think they did well in their roles and if you don't mind the beginning, then I'd recommend you watch.

I felt soo embracing and disgusting moments in drama whenever lead kiss female lead it felt he is asulting her rather than any love sequence and storyline starts with that plot is too bad. Why this drama is on so hype it doesn't deserve that much female lead have no self respect she is always ready to accept lead there are 100 better drama than this after having three kids with that man she is not giving another chance to lead feel funny. No one will expect that man in life he is worst after watching this dramaa i felt i am never watching that lead another drama

Huh! I had to force myself to watch this by fast forwarding!!

huh! - that is the only feeling I have after watching this series. I don't feel anything.

Anyway, to break it down:

Story - seriously, who wrote this one? Sigh! Honestly, I think the story had potential, but then it just became so tedious. FL and ML have a one-night stand as FL's *friend* drugged her and informed the ML that she is a prostitute. And, then she goes away to the states to have twin babies. She comes back for revenge and all this while the ML has been looking for her since he loves her. And the story proceeds from there and how they end up together. The FL kept hating the ML, hating the ML and then loving the ML. I mean - wait, what? When? Why? How?! There was no gradual warming up between the two. The FL just up and fell in love with the ML with no sign of falling in love. huh! I just hated the story. After the 7-8th episode, I literally fast forwarded the rest of the series and still feel like I didn't miss a thing. And, what happened to that dude who worked in FL's office & his boyfriend!? The only saving grace were the SFL(FL's best friend) and SML(ML's step brother) - they had a cute relationship! Plus, I did like the SFL's dedication and loyalty to the FL.

Acting/Cast - Here are more woes! I didn't feel the chemistry at all between the leads. Honestly, I could not feel any motherly/fatherly affection between the lead pair and their kids either. It seemed like the kids were just props there. Don't get me wrong, the kiddos were adorable; the acting of the FL and ML was so unconvincing that I felt bad for the kids.

The background score was okay. Since I forwarded many parts, I can't say much for the music. But from what I heard in the first 8 episodes - it didn't make me feel any more engrossed on the series.

Rewatch Value - 0 - zero, nada, zilch (Had to give 1 in the review since I couldn't give anything lower.)

I'd not recommend this show at all. Even if you're a fan of either of the leads, I don't think this show is enjoyable.

This is your typical revenge/jealously lakorn but at the same time, not your typical revenge lakorn.
I was really happy with the ending and was glad it wasnt tried to be wrapped up in 20-30mins.
The resolution between our main couple was done in about 3 episodes which was done really well and did not feel dragged out, rushed or anything.
The kids are so adorable and their part wasn't filler (as it can be at times with this type of plot). I'm really happy that Prin figured out on his own that the twins are his kids and it wasn't by someone else. I felt so much angst for him when he was trying to recoil with Mita and she just kept being annoying. Mita was very short tempered and fickle with Prin, especially when Prin kept trying prove to her and gain her trust. (Personally he did everything that he could, I would forgive him and give him a chance). She kept putting her walls up and then when something happens she goes "I gave him a chance and this is what he did, I shouldn't have given in". She was blinded by her negative feelings for him and refuse to give a chance.

My favourite character has got to be Chen. His character development is one of the best and I'm glad that he has a good head on his shoulders, he didnt just go along with the toxicity this parents were going on and the (ex)girlfriend.
Also, I didn't understand how Traitot was a Dr.. I'm not fluent in thai but I struggled to figure out where the Dr bit came from? I can only think of PhD.

Also, I love how the producers both had guest appearance and it wasnt a small/short scene thing. I love watching Nino in lakorns growing up and I was super happy to see him play Na's father. ^^

Also, why are the FL alway so fertile? LOL

Another brainfart which shouldn't exist

How did this even get greenlit? Like how?

Woman is r@p€d and then she is supposed to fall in love?? Tf? Her anger in every scene makes perfect sense to me. But I HATE the fact that he "likes" her! For what exactly bro? Needless to say, this is the epitome of modern slap/kiss and I did not enjoy it one bit except for seeing mookda on screen(I love you)

Whenever the ML had his "blushing" moments, it made my blood boil. The character is so trash and what for is he shy? Logically, he should be put behind bars along with that "friend" of her's. I have no idea how this one has such high rating.

My Favorite Thai Drama

I really love the characters especially the Main Roles which characterized by Kem Hussawee and Mookda Narinrak. I am very attached to the drama, when I finished watching it, I keep on remembering what happened, and also the actors and actresses. My favorite part is when Mita gave Parin another chance to prove his love to her. I love how Parin worked hard to achieve Mita's heart. The Antagonists did a good drama. I love how Gaweena treat her friend Mita, it is a true definition of 'Friendship' where the both of them never intend to abandon each other.

A MUST WATCH LAKORN

One of the must watch lakorn.
One of the best dramas I've seen in a while. This is one of my favorites this year. The main leads chemistry is on point — looks so realistic and their acting are pretty good. I love Mitra's facial expression and the way her eyes express her feelings. And I feel inlove with Parin not just beacuse of his role/acting but also because of his visuals, his visuals is no joke. But this lakorn is not all about the ML and FL — the story between the second leads is also exciting.
There's never a dull moment of this Lakorn, it gets exciting every episode — it just gets better. Their official sound tracks are nice. Overall it's EXCELLENT.

Can't wait for Mookda and Kem's next project together...

It wasn't anything extraordinary but it was worth watching. I thought it was going to be more dramatic than what it was but you can tell that parts were really edited and cut out and so it made it fast paced and it kind of sucked because if you blinked for longer than a second, you missed 4 years. Lmaooo. I thought it was going to be an average rivalry type family drama but it really wasn't like that and I liked the uniqueness. The male lead falls for the female lead fast and quick, but unfortunately they didn't meet on the best circumstances. They end up having this one night stand that connects them in more aspects but guess what? THEY WERE ALREADY GOING TO BE CONNECTED! Lol. Now they're both really strong minded people going through trials and tribulations but they clicked and that's what makes the show. The families weren't too involved and the bad guys didn't take up a majority of the show so it really makes for an easy watch. The only thing that really throws you off is there was way too many things going on and you're like "okay, so this persons bad, no this person is bad, no wait, this person is not bad?" lol

There was a point where I wish the acting was a tiny bit better but then it did end up getting a little better. Like I couldn't tell if they genuinely liked each other, if they loved each other, if they hated each other, it was just all mixed together and confusing so maybe the acting really WAS THAT GREAT and I missed something. I adore Mook and I love that they put her in this show because they're always sticking her in roles where she's weak and lame but she was a strong minded bad betch! She really held her own. Kem is okay, he's still a rookie, his acting could be a little better and I think that he still has a baby face and it's so round so you can't take him seriously, you really can't. lol BUT the chemistry they had together, was nice. I liked that the toxic fighting didn't take up 15/15 of the episodes, I liked that they opened up and clicked quicker than usual. Mint was my favorite character of them all, I would love to see her in a main role because she's a great actress, she was a great friend and I loved it. I loved the FL's family in this show, I loved the ML's mom, I liked the brother for the most part, even the bad people played good bad people but there was a lot of random stuff going on so it overcame the acting really.

The music was spot on, I liked it.

I don't think I would rewatch the whole show, maybe actually because it's short and fast paced but I don't regret watching it so it's on a maybe list for me. It was a nice twist on an average story that's constantly being told really. Overall, it was good, it had the right amount of context, it was pretty fast, the acting wasn't terrible, the chemistry was nice and oh, my favorite part was when Mook was jealous; hilarious to me. So all in all, good show. It also wasn't a comedy but I liked that they put some comedic relief in serious moments, I like stuff like that, it keeps it entertaining.

2020 Slap kiss Lakorn

The plot is like wattpad story I think.
If you are into the CEO's wattpad story, maybe You will like this kind of story.
The synopsis is promising enough. Because I like this kind of story, I draft it to my Watchlist.
The plot maybe just happened in lakorn or drama, so just enjoy the show.
First, I wanna tell you that in first episode it will trigger you to boil your emotion. Don't watch it if you are in depression mode.
I know that there is someone who like the main villain in real life who can prostitute her own friend.
I like the character of FL because she is strong enough and can't be beaten easily by people around her because many FL in Lakorn which have weak character and depend on someone.
For ML, I think He triggered me to be emotional unstable sometimes when I watched it. Especially when He bumped with FL. Ok, ofc I knew if I watched Lakorn it can't be emotional. hahaha....
The acting of FL is just find. I'm always focus to her eyes. She has round eyes and She always use eyeliner well, I like her using cat eyeliner. Her jealousy acting is so far impressing me.
The acting of ML still need to be increased more, because I feel sometimes his expression flat for some scenes but, I still get emotion because of him. hahaha
I like the OST of this Lakorn.
I just try to rewatch the sweet scenes especially with their children. I like the drama with children, particularly if the ML loves the kids. But for really watching from the beginning until the end, I can't.
If you like CEO Romance story like in wattpad, try to watch it, maybe You will like it. Overall, it can catch my heart so I still gave it 7 Score. If I compare it with some Kdrama Romance, ofc It has different market . The story conflict is complicated but still tolerable. Nowadays, I think I just can find the type of story in Lakorn, not in Kdrama, J-Dorama, nor CDrama, so I still enjoy the show.
