Maybe the tone (hana no kusari is darker) and the genre are different, but the main point/ main twist is quite similar ....
You will understand it if you watch
XD

Although their genres are different, the atmosphere is similiar in both movies. Each movie has unearthly elements: in Postman to Heaven the protagonist is an angel, in Sweet Rain the main character is a grim reaper.

A bit similar story of Grim Reaper. This drama is short & not confusing plot. If you like Koseki Yuta or Kai Shouma this drama is worth watching. This drama based on a comic book.

Both tackle the the role death plays in the lives of the living and how knowledge of death can impact the way one lives.
