Cho is a film producer who unfortunately screws up every single movie he makes. One day, after another failure, he impulsively heads to the sea where he last visited 20 years ago. He bumps into a very familiar young woman named Min Ah, who reminds him of a woman he met 20 years ago at the same place. Out of curiosity, Cho asks her to give him a tour guide of the town.
