Is not for everyone
It is a good story but it is not for everyone so if you do not enjoy mature content including BDSM, sexual abuse, kidnapping, torture, etc., then you might wanna skip it. However, if you are into this type of content then this movie is a MUST!The beginning can be a bit overwhelming or confusing for those who are not familiar with BL content, but if you can get past the first 10 minutes, then you can engage with the plot and it can be very enjoyable.
It explores themes like depression, suicide, expectations, grief, etc., so it is not just another BDSM movie, even if it contains graphic content, it is still censored and is not uncomfortable to watch.
The actors have good chemistry and they did a good job conveying their characters' emotions and it helps to keep you interested in the plot.
Now let's talk about what I didn't like about it:
1. Sometimes I felt like I was watching a horror movie and THAT whistle (yall who have seen it know what I'm talking about) did not help at all, but that is just a very personal detail that I couldn't let go of.
2. The music goes completely unnoticed, there is nothing to highlight in this area.

This was insane
What the actual f did i just watched??! This was on another level, i heard that people were saying this was hard core but i never expected this. Tbh i was quite scared to even start watching this bc i knew this movie had really heavy topics that could get people triggered really easily but i really didn't expect this. I had to pause so many times to just let my brain process what i just saw bc it was insane, i could kinda see what was the message people who made the script wanted to give out to the world and i think their message kinda got to people but still this is definitely not for everybody, i even thought there for a second that im just gonna drop this movie bc it was a bit too much for me but i knew if i drop it now i will definitely never continue watching it so i somehow managed to finish it, i will definitely never rewatch this. Not for me
I… how do i say this… It was just bdsm, thats it. I could have expected it. it was quit shocking that there was no censoring nothing you see everything. If you are horny and a little fucked in the head i would recommend, if not just stay away from it. But if I have to say something positive I would say the acting was really good, it felt a little to real even. If you still do decide to watch I would recommend you watch the trigger warnings (I didn’t) there are quite a lot. What the actual fuck is this
The story is so bad. Like actually. Who thought this was a good idea. Giving everything zero starts, but the acting was good.Okay so this was really fucked up. I don't know how some people enjoy this kind of movies. The main lead ended up with the one who was torturing him and shit. This shouldn't be normalized. I am disgusted by the whole story. It is like you are watching gay hardcore porn but in a really problematic way. Most of the things didn't make sense. Why would he go back to the guy who raped him.

Holy lord watch this thing alone
First of all... Oh lord I'm going to hell becouse of this...I don't regret that I watched it but I would not watch it again becouse GOD GOOD what did I watched.
The acting is great I need to say that, the storyline is pretty okay and you get enough background story.
It's pretty much like this "kidnapper and victim falling for each other" thing, but I really can't say bad things about it. It really was okay.
So if you are into bl and hardcore shit...Watch it like I did, but If you can't see rape or anything like this then PLEASE don't watch it.

Romanticizing abuse in relationships..
Okay so first of all, this movie is veryyyyy graphic. In terms of sexual content and abuse. I spent half of my time pausing this movie because of the very very nauseating scenes. I may sound extra, but as all the other reviews say this movie includes rape.What I don’t like about this film is the fact that it leads the victim back to his abuser and accepts him back to whatever you call a toxic relationship. I feel like stories like these just make out the victim to be clueless and “ask for it”. Like the amount of trauma this character had been through. Like the first chapter of the story was already upsetting, but the next one is a whole different story.
The only thing I could pick from this was, “there’s not much left until you experience the reality of life.” In the sense of this whole movie and manga included, that this movie is essentially about life and death.
One character wants to die but cannot bring himself to die. While the other character just wants to die. There’s nothing more to it. The overall story was compelling and it was very intimidating. I guess it would somehow make you think in the end.
But this also all roots down to consent and what to bring in a relationship. What the second main lead had, to him it was something special, and because he never had that closure of his other partner passing, he chose to “save” the first main lead. And sort of keep him away from him doing anything to himself. And I think because he chose to set him “free” in the end was because he knew he’d come back.
“Dangerous drugs of sex” has nothing to do with sec other then the dynamics of a toxic relationship with an abuser and a victim that has been affected by Stockholm syndrome. Because no one in a sane mind would willingly go back to such a person.
But regardless I think everything else was good. The acting was good, the music, etc.
I just would’ve liked a much less predictable and graphic story.

speechless (WATCH WITH HEADPHONES ON AND ALONE PLS)
I don’t even know what to say. I watched it already preparing myself for what was to come but oh lord, it exceeded the limit I thought it would have. See the first 40 minutes I was like why the heck is this guy assaulting him. I still don’t know why but lord these both dudes were going through it. In the end I like how despite all he did to him and he gave him a chance to leave and live his life he still followed him and literal saved his life. I don’t get what the last sex scene was about but I think it ties down with like a “tit for tat” He saved his life and kept him “alive” so now it was the other guys turn to take possession of his “life”. Removing all the fucked up things and the p0rn this is a movie about two fucked up guys who happen to have saved each other from death in a very questionable way.I know for a fact I am never watching this again, but at least now I can say I’ve watched it. To be honest it’s just a WOW to me. I’m really at a loss of words. Lord.

NOT A TYPICAL BL AND FOR THIS IS THE BEST BL "MOVIE" THAT I HAVE WATCHED!
for me this is the best BL movie that I have ever watched. Everything about this movie is fantastic and at the same time intense. The plot is well-written, the actors and the crew really made justice. I really like this kind of BL because it is not typical story like puppy love or the generic BL plot. This is in another level, it talks about perspectives, problems, societal pressure, well-being, suicide, and most importantly LOVE. The build-up, chemistry between the two actors, and the sex scenes are phenomenal. If you watch this, you need to have an open mind and think about the message that it wants to portray.I REALLY LOVE THE TWIST WHERE THEY'VE BECOME THE COMFORT AND MEDICINE FOR EACH OTHER. I HOPE THERE'S A PART 2 OF THIS MOVIE. I ALSO WANT TO COMMEND THE ATMOSPHERE OR THE AMBIANCE, IT'S GLOOMY THAT'S WHY YOU CAN SENSE THAT IT IS A HEAVY DRAMA. NEXT IS CINEMATOGRAPHY AND THE TEAM OF COURSE. BEST BL INDEED.

Oh godI was so confused after I finished watching this, because I was too giddy about the sex scenes (which were filmed way too good, so suggestive and yet, you can't see nothing) but I was also extremely sad with the whole story reveal. The ending is somewhat.. I don't know how to phrase it- it is good, but also, kinda fu*ked up. So, yeah. I liked it though.
Tbh, I didn't know, whether I was sad or feeling horny.
Or maybe both.
I just, have never been so confused with my reaction to a movie before 😂
But, I am so so glad that this movie, was one, made in Japan (yay! progress) and second, that they added such a mature and thriller theme to a BL, like great job!
Also, the actors did a fu*king amazing job with their acting man, like holy fu*king sh*t- they were crazy good!
I am glad I watched it but also in the story, some very questionable choices were made made and there should be a trigger warning because like the plot states, it is sexual torture that happens, so please, be warned.
Anyways, I totally recommend this movie for anyone who is okay with steamy, yet some highly strong and offensive sex scenes, cause this baby is packed with them!
Also, it's on Netflix. Yay!

WOW is all I can say. Funny enough I found out about this movie through an 18+ tik tok recommendation. I should have definitely read reviews or what it was about beforehand. Either way, I don't believe anyone should watch this if you are someone who can't handle topics that involve rape, sexual assault, or related things to do with Stockholm syndrome. While I never would have chosen to just watch this on my own, I wasn't disappointed, if you can move past the obvious hard parts to watch (non-consensual sex, among others) then the story is actually somewhere in there and elaborates on different things that are real. Intense!
This was a seriously intense movie. I happened to find it from a Music Video someone had done with scenes from the movie and translated into English. I read what they said about it and thought ok why not try. Psychological, intense and graphic. It is graphic. Be warned.The acting was really good especially for the character Makoto. Both were really good but he was amazing. What he was going through you could feel his pain, fear and every other emotion he had.
I am not sure I could re-watch it. But it does have the potential. I thought it was a well done movie that is why I rated it higher.

HOLY SHIT THAT WAS GOOD
ok ok so i'm usually really picky in BL's and rarely enjoy them the way i did while watching this! i know that sounds bad considering the plot of this, but i think this was a very well done movie. it kept me hooked and interested, and i had more fun watching this low-budget R18 movie rather than a trashy high-budget k-drama with no character development.story: great story overall! i loved the character development that happens between both characters. my only question was how did mc fall for the seme so quickly after escaping? that was kind of weird nd a bit rushed, but i went along with it cause it kept the story moving.
acting/cast: the mc's actor was phenomenal! his acting was superb, the noises he made during the R18 scenes weren't necessarily realistic, but i loved that because it was so much better than dramas with the just seme moaning. both actors did well overall, the facial expressions and dialogue were well done.
music: the music suited the scenes it was in, so no complaints there.
rewatch value: oh yea would def rewatch it, especially for the R18 scenes.
