Misuzu Daimon, along with help from Kikuchi, implement a points system for teachers at Meishu. Surveillance is installed and everyone in the school is given a tablet with which to communicate. Meanwhile, Onizuka is told that meeting with the students will bring consequences on them, so he tries not to involve himself. Later, Onizuka's involvement in Asano and Kusano's dilemma brings Onizuka back to Meishu in order to be closely monitored by Daimon.

Heartwrenching

This episode contained an ample amount of tearjerking moments--moments where I felt so immersed (whether that be angry, sad, or tormented) by the scenes. One scene in particular, the scene between Ryuji and Onizuka, hit me very hard. It's one thing for Onizuka to sacrifice himself, and quite another for him to forget himself. Ryuji's reaction to this is just beautiful.
Although I have not read the manga, I know that Kikuchi's character isn't entirely the same here. However, I don't think that the artistic license taken here is a deterrent. Others may disagree with me, but I think that the way that Kikuchi is characterized fits with how they've played him from the beginning of this version.
I am certainly interested to see the final installment of this series!

Getting close to the end

This episode had quite a sad feeling to it from the beginning to the end. Many things happened that were frustrating for Onizuka but by the end he managed to overcome them. The last episode promises to be full of suspence and surprises and most of all I am hoping for a happy ending.
