A lighthearted, lovely watch!
lovely, light hearted and romantic story. no misunderstanding between the main couple lasted too long so that was refreshing to see in chinese dramas. it was also nice that the FL wasn’t so in love with the ML where it was her only personality trait, it was lovely that she was head over heels in love with the ML but retained her own ambitions (something that is also rare in chinese dramas lol) the main couple’s chemistry is amazing too. i really we hope can see them in another project together :)the only things i’ll nitpick about is the set and sometimes the mystery element of the drama. the aesthetics, costumes and colour palette of the drama was beautiful but the blocky set sometimes threw me off. the crime investigation element of the drama is a little weak and sometimes the comedic tone with the murders were a bit odd. nothing too major as long as you don’t go into the drama wanting lots of mystery.
overall, very much recommended for a stress-free watch with lots of laughter along the way.

A Hidden Gem
Story: There is only one criminal case that the characters are solving and each episode brings them closer to doing so. I enjoyed the case because it was easy to follow and not that complicated. But the romance was at the forefront of the story which I was fine with since that was what interested me.Romance: This c-drama has one of my favorite romances! It's not insta-love but it is not a slow burn either. The pair have natural chemistry that made it easy to transition from a fake relationship to a real one. Moreover, I loved the development of the romance, though they bicker it is clear that there's attraction and respect towards one and other. In some other dramas the main characters will bicker so much that I don't see how they develop feelings for one and other. But it's not the case here as there are plenty of moments in each episode that build towards it.
I also adore this male lead. He is reserved but not afraid to show/tell how he feels. In addition to being handsome he is quite romantic and flirty! I also appreciated how he respected the female lead and always encouraged her the be the best person that she could be.
The second couple was a delight to watch and although there romance was heavier I enjoyed the chemistry between them.
The supporting cast was so fun! I particularly enjoyed the one guard who would freak out when the main couple would show some PDA.
OST: I love the ending theme. I've been listening to it non-stop since I've watch the show.
Overall: This show just made me happy and feel warm inside. I will definitely re-watch it whenever I'm in the mood for something sweet!

What would Scooby Doo be like if Daphne were the main character?
The usual plot of a girl leaving home while refusing to marry a man she doesn't love is made slightly more interesting by the fact that she decides to write novels about crime and joins the county magistrate office of Tang Tian Yuan to gain information. Her enthusiastically juvenile antics are viewed with tolerance and amusement by her co-workers and her ability to get herself kidnapped or in some other kind of trouble leads to the discovery of crime-solving clues for the ML. The ML is handsome, smart and kind, so I wasn't sure what he so in this gal and frankly, her quirky cuteness grew grating after the first half.The secondary couple can best be described as an honorable, handsome but somewhat stupid man falls for an evil girl who is only redeemed at the very end of our story. I didn't enjoy their romance because it involved a lack of trust and honesty on her part for the vast majority of the tale.
I felt really sorry for the jilted fiancee of the FL. His feelings were genuine and he was a kind and good guy who wound up with a broken heart. I really wish they would have finished the series with a love interest for him.
Overall, didn't enjoy this one very much. I stuck it out thinking it was bound to get better but alas, that was not the case.

This drama started off strong because it seemed cute but really how the story unraveled got me really disappointed. Plot: Female lead is a person who is good at telling/making up stories. She has a job of telling stories about this judge and the romantic encounters. Male Lead is the a judge , think typical manner , serious, stern. The female and male lead start off at wrong foot. Male lead hires her to be his record keeping , recording the court cases and murders etc. The cases themselves i find pretty boring and not exciting as sulkytofu said.
Romance between them is kinda cute definitely some chemistry but wouldnt say it was overly a lot. I gave up and lost interest at the end because they introduce the main leads fiancee came back but turns out she bad and somehow she is connected to this gold case they are trying to solve. The side characters are kind of random and show up randomly or towards the end. It just didnt connect.
If you want to watch for the romance I recommend , but for the story I would pass or watch it if you are bored.

-Midway, plot still absent.
-the female leads character is extremely immature and I don’t mean the kind where it’s cute. It the kind where you ask yourself “why”. Her behavior is equivalent to a smart and curious 12-year-old. Imagine a CIA agent skipping down the hall saying “yaah”. There was nothing comedic about her behavior,
Halfway through the series and I can honestly say I am not sure what the plot was. The series starts off at a decent pace and you can tell from the start that it is a comedy.
If you’re looking for something lighthearted to watch you might like this but if you’re looking for a murder mystery you may be in luck. In truth I thought that they would be this couple who solves crimes or mysteries together but it is really does not seem that way.

2. ep 6, the first time i see through how the bamboo lighter is made, he push a button twice its very clear HAHA

Una storia simpatica e leggera
Un drama carino, per passare il tempo con leggerezza e divertimento. Poche ambientazioni ma ben fatte, bellissimi vestiti, attori in gamba, niente da dire, La storia presenta alcune incongruenze, bisogna passarci sopra. E finisce bene! Questo è molto importante. Alcune frasi di come lei spiega l'amore per lui, sono da scrivere sul quaderno dei ricordi, è veramente molto romantico e poetico.Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno senza pensieri.
Bravi gli attori, tutti. Belle le musiche e sempre un grande grazie allo staff di traduzione italiano
