And slower. And slower.

Holy cow. To this date Cinderella's Sister is the slowest drama ever. Things are drug out that should be a rush! This was the very first drama I ever started to watch, and over the years I have desperately tried to finish it. After all this is the drama that made me fall head over heels in love with Ok Taec Yeon (as an actor). It also features a very strong leading lady in Song Eun Ju (actress Moon Geun Young). She's had a tough life and girl is tough because of it. Sure she's super cold, but she knows right from wrong and in her own way is very warm.

Despite it's serious nature it does have some over the top drama traits. As in over doing it. Most of the 20 episode is filler. Overly the top painful fillers. A tender moment soon becomes excruciating. Moments that were supposed to be filled with romantic tension . . . flop out and become painful.

In my attempt to finish this episode and move on with the series was the final straw. Man did I really try. Rewatched it again and again, and didn't pick up anything new. The fact is this is based on the Cinderella story. Any true big plots aren't exploited well enough in this snail paced series. When dealing with any form of retelling or twisted story the best thing is to have a constantly moving and developing story.

In the end Cinderella's Sister started out strong, but quickly developed into one of the most slow and drug out dramas I have ever had the displeasure of viewing.
