This drama follow the lives of two young sisters as they grow from children to adults. They each face many twists and turns before achieving true happiness.
They have some common points (i.e. love triangles or one character come from a poor family) and their genre is the same ("Will it Snow at Christmas?" is especially melodramatic)
-Both female leads have strong personalities (they don't care if you like them or not), are somehow lonely and carry wounds because of their mother
-Both male leads have a sad past because of their family
-Both second female leads are jealous of the female lead
-Both male leads have a sad past because of their family
-Both second female leads are jealous of the female lead
+ ‘Ruthless’ strong female lead character (whose cold exterior hides a lot of vulnerability due to her past).
+ Warm and patient male lead (but who isn’t afraid to call out the FL).
Although with completely different plots, they have similar lead characters and main couple dynamics.

Two sisters are engaged in a fierce battle for dominance over happiness; Keiko, a beautiful but ordinary housewife who desires a simple happy life and her younger sister Shiho, who finds the greatest pleasure from seeing Keiko unhappy. The story begins when Keiko begins to suspect her husband of infidelity due to his behavior and actions. Her best friend Yuka's cryptic warning that "The first year of marriage is dangerous" only fuels her doubts. One day, Keiko casually looks at her husband's phone and discovers a message from Yuka. Furthermore, Shiho witnesses a secret meeting between Shinichi and Yuka! Is Yuka the "other woman?!" Shocked by her friend's betrayal, Keiko starts to feel increasingly lonely. However, it turns out the true mastermind is someone else entirely - her sister Shiho had been cheating repeatedly with her husband. With Keiko finding happiness, Shiho's ugly plan to plunge her sister into the depths of despair has begun. It becomes increasingly evident that Keiko's true enemy is her younger sister. What will become of this twisted drama of a messy affair between sisters?
This drama is about the lives of Tae Hee and Yun Hee, two sisters whose mother died while giving birth to Yun Hee. Their father, who loves them dearly, married their mother without their paternal grandfather's consent, and deprived of any familial support, the sisters and their father struggle to make ends meet even as their father faces a life-threatening illness. This drama follows Tae Hee and Yun Hee into adulthood as, separated by a cruel twist of fate, the girls come to lead very different lives, oblivious of one another.
The fact that these 2 dramas have pretty much nothing in common. The only thing in common is that no matter how despicable the main female is I just can't seem to hate her. And same goes for 2nd female lead too. In both dramas I also dislike the male cast except that one cutie. In CS it's Taecyeon's chara and in MR it's Micky's chara. They're the reason why you just want to finish the drama.
Plus the dramas itself are quite similar in the aspect that they're so difficult to marathon. At least for me.

If you like melodramatic sequence, and much of tears caused by the relationship of each characters (like ones in Padam Padam), you're going to love this drama.
What I like the most when watching Padam Padam is when I try to understand the emotion of each characther, their wonderful acting, and the amazing dialogues. You're going to find those value too in Cinderella's Sister, although maybe this drama is less cinematic.
