Both Fish Upon the Sky and Gen Y are both series wherein some characters are also studying medicine and engineering in college.

This is based on the 2 Moons universe and has similar characters / couples so definitely worth the time if you love the 2 Moons couples

Thai BL dramas. Both take place in both highschool/college with multiple couples and side characters. One of the leads has a special connection with a 'Frog prince' that is later revealed.

Actors and quite good, not as good as korean actors though. But you'll see the difference between the skills from other Thai BL dramas.
