"Meeting you planted a belief in me..."

I'm so happy with the way this ended :') I can honestly say that this is one of the best dramas I've watched in a while, the rewatch factor is definitely there, and I am sure it will be just as good a second time around

A common problem with Korean dramas

I enjoyed this drama, except for the last episode, which was extremely slow. The story basically ended the previous episode. Unfortunately, that's the case with many (good) Korean dramas.

What a cliche

**Spoiler**I think they could've done a better ending without the amnesia trope. They could've executed the same meaning with him retaining his memories, and even making it a stronger ending because of that. Overall, I thought it was a good enough ending for a very good show.

Five Stars

Brilliant, thrilling!! From the first episode to the last, I was so engaged. I couldn’t stop watching. It taught me how loyal true love is. I started watching it because of Lee jongi , but at the end of this show, I fell in love with all the characters. I think this is gonna be my all-time favourite drama.

The best ending

I don't think a fluffy ending is appropriate to the tone of the show! Do Hyun Soo's road to recovery in terms of his memory loss can be better left to the audience imagination since he's been remembering bits and pieces if his previous life anyway. Now together with his family and their extraordinary love, DHS will rediscover how happy they've been and some more and so the'll live a normal life like other people.

I want him to be happy

I'll admit that going into the final episode I was not very impressed that they decided to go with the memory loss route. But since it was Flower of Evil (and the final episode) I hung in there, and I'm so happy with the result.I think there were 2 turning points for me in the episode, that left me so satisfied for the ending.1. Car Scene - driving back from trying to get the man to testify on Eun Hae Soo's behalf, they pull over and have a moment where Do Hyun Soo (Lee Joon Gi) finally explains what's really going on in his head. His frustration that Cha Ji Won (Moon Chae Won) loved someone who never existed. She just fell victim to his ability to manipulate other people's behaviours by telling them what they want to hear. I thought this scene was heartbreaking, because its two people who want something from the other person, but what they want is not tangible or easy to give.2. Cha Ji Won + Eun Ha before bed - This scene broke me. After the car scene, we don't hear Cha Ji Won's inner thoughts. I didn't know where she stood. Has she realized that the man whom she loved is really just a shell, that he had just manipulated her? Can she not tell when he's lying or telling the truth? Ultimately, we learn she just wants him to be happy. She cries with her daughter, because in the end, no amount of forcing can make someone you love come back to you if they can't come back themselves. We learn here that she does in fact love him for who he is, and she could tell he was lying - which was why she was so surprised when he said he forgave the reporter at the coffee shop. She knows that this is the first time he's had the opportunity to truly live as who he is, and she doesn't want to take that away from him. To force him into a life that he doesn't want/understand.The ending when both Do Hyun Soo's girls are hugging him made me cry. It was so beautiful. Ultimately, he finds himself being loved unconditionally, and though he may not understand at that moment, he will remember that it's because he worked so hard to understand how to love and how to understand their feelings/emotions that brought him to this point.

"After meeting you, my life became full of 'Firsts' " -Lee Joon Gi

Perfection till the last breath!

Just before the episode aired, I realized they had never shown their first time being married (or say their first marriage wedding). They had already shown us many "Firsts" between them.

"First Encounter, First Confession from Ji Won, First Date, First Kiss, First time Ji Won wearing the cop's Badge, First Day moving into a New House, First Day holding Eun Ha "Her birth",

Hyun So once told told Ji Won that after he met her, his life became full of "Firsts".
The world inside "Flower of Evil" was like a very difficult puzzle to Hyun So at first. He started piecing together all those firsts, and little by little, his life made more sense and in the very end, just before solving it all, an unwanted hand made quite the mess, but since he has already seen how it looks, the result of his very hard continuous work. It wouldn't take him as much time to connect the pieces together again, it's also done much more comfortably now.

A OST me destruiu horrores, batia na alma. Feel You - Shin Yong Jae⁣⁣
