Both series follow wonderfully chaotic and complex characters and feature elements of dark comedy, romance, action, and violence (not in a bad/morbid way, but in a funny/purposeful way ?). They both have “The End of the F***ing World” vibes.
I always struggle to finish dramas, but that wasn’t an issue with these two as both series are brief, compelling, and never have a dull moment.

"Definitely Not Today" and "Hoshi to Lemon no Heya" tackles about sensitive topics of adults who have long term social anxiety and depression since they were in highschool which turned them into loner and withdrawn. They later found someone who are also struggling like them and grew their bond that impacted their lives. But both dramas have a different plot and vibes. The characters' interactions are opposite - meeting by chance and communicating on internet.
The story of "Definitely not today" is way darker than Meet yourself I know, but the main point remains "Healing ". Both of them show new kinds of possibilities when you're feeling at the bottom or in the mud.
This recommendation of mine is shorter so if you watch the trailer you can see pretty much of the main idea of the show.
Hope have helped.
