We're becoming who we are

This drama was great. Really. I enjoyed that a lot, I spend my time with this drama for three long months and I wasn’t tired of it. It is nothing hard for thinking, it’s actually complete opposite.

The story of Twenty-Twenty takes you to teenager’s lives – they are totally ordinary. That’s why it is great to watch something which is close to our lives (at least for me it was like that). Romance in here is only a cherry on cake, because all scenes are beautiful and they have a lot to offer. Plus we have here Chan from A.C.E (and he is just a cutie pie a I love his character so much) and Wooseok (who I admire so much too) in main roles. And I totally love the main actress, Han Sung Min, maybe her acting skills aren’t good for someone but I liked her acting really much. The same goes for Wooseok who maybe plays himself but in the whole drama it looks good and that's important. And Chan is just too natural that it is probably not even possible.

For me Twenty-Twenty was perfect. Although the story hasn’t the most original idea, final form of drama is really good. It is funny, nice and it is a comfortable change because these days I watched action dramas a lot so this one was my escape from them (although I love action dramas the most). This was in short and simply nice, natural, just a story from life. And it had nice though about to become yourself.

a cute and short watch

honestly, I loved it and it got me giggling while kicking my feet.

For the negatives, I feel we didn't get to know much about trio's friendship. it was incomplete. I was rlly rooting for the yeeun and bohyeon and we didn't get proper closure for it :( They didn't rlly explain hyunjin's family situation too.

But for the positives, it was too charming of a show to have any boring moments. tbh I loved the ml and I wish they had more romance. I would def def rec if you want a cute, short romance

i love the actors

i am so in love with all the actors and they did such a good job with each vastly contrasting character from their normal personality. from the first ep i knew who would end up with who which could be disappointing but i personally watched all 10 hours of it because man, those actors are fine. it also wasnt extremely bad. i wished they ended with hajun talking to sunoo because i wanted to see a good ending for him and he kinda just didnt show up at the end which was kinda sad bc i love hajun (park sangnam)

no

This drama is actually very boring, if I was one of those people who drop everything boring, I would've dropped it a long time ago. The main girl is honestly the worst from this drama, didn't like her one bit. The visuals are good, I guess.< if you watch k-dramas only for visuals, you'll want to see this one. The story line is the most basic thing I've read. The drama is complete nonsense and confusing. Two boys want her.? why? Why did Hajun like the girl? The other boy was way better. The only person I liked was the friends and the other main boy. I absolutely don't recommend this drama. Why are people even saying its good?

(girly should've picked the other boy)

Wow. That was frustrating.

I normally like web series teen shows and I wanted to like this one. I kept trying, all the way to episode 13, but I just didn't. I didn't like the main couple at all, and they never grew on me, especially the girl. I felt bad for their family lives, but a lot of people are damaged without being socially awkward, impulsive. vapid, rude, and ungrateful. If they were real, I genuinely wouldn't hang out with them or care if they got together.

The friends and enemies were all more interesting to watch than the leads and a few of the show's lines were good.

That's all I can say about this because it's not really worth more words than that.

NOT Good Enough

When you wish to fastforward during a 17-minute episode...
Then that says a lot.
Though, nothing good. LOL

Okay, seriously now. The 1st episode of this "drama" still looked like they were keeping up appearances. It looked explosive, it looked like it had something serious to say. Looks are deceiving.

Speaking of looks... I don't like the main boy. He looks feminine.

After the seemingly promising beginning, this drama failed to deliver any actual... well, drama. What it did deliver was showing young people, who, as one fellow MDL member was able to put aptly, were "Expressionless twenty somethings moving and talking slowly"... There's really no other way to put it. The process of watching them went from quite boring to almost comatose, in the end I started to feel that I would prefer even if something violent happened to them, LOL.

And who needs super-controlling mother in the age of social media where privacy is non existent anyways? The mother feels obsolete and like from another era now, when all the twenty year olds themselves post every insignificant detail of their lives (which should be boring for THEM, let alone the audience) and the kids have no privacy to begin with.

Then, we don't really deal with this "drama" even, because we have most of the episode screentime dedicated to visiting one shop or other and buying an item which is then "subtly" advertised during the end credits...

This show might be called TWENTY-TWENTY, nevertheless I did not manage to watch it TWENTY times. After 13 episodes, which were super long despite being short, I didn't feel like watching 1 single minute nore of this vague sequence of video which failed to form a proper drama to be recognized as such by me.

A Good Show

Firstly, I want to address the story between the main female with her mother. It was uncomfortable for me to watch, because that's pretty similiar to the relationship I have with my own mother. The years of mental, emotional and physical abuse and her not really listening to what I have to say, when I finally stood up for myself against her. It was so frustrating to watch, but I understood it. I understood what she had felt. Of course, it wasn't the whole "be better than everyone else" "you have to focus on your studies". However, I won't keep rambling about it and get too personal. But it really touched me, from the acting and just the story.

Secondly, I hope to see every cast in future shows. They're acting is not the greatest but it was definitely satisfactory in my opinion. They all do have potential and this is just only the beginning for some of them. Especially with Kim Wooseok, debuting in this show to be an actor. He'll definitely be pretty busy if he gets more roles in the future, since he is a solo artist. I am certainly a fan after listening to a couple of his songs. Being a 25 year old married woman and getting all squealy when the kiss scenes with Wooseok and (I forgot the female actress name forgive me) the male gal of the show, my husband eye rolled so hard.

For me personally, I genuinely enjoyed this show. Everyone did a brilliant job. Let us not forget the people behind the scenes as well, the staffs. It's never a easy job. From writing to filming a show.

Honestly started watching this for Kim Wooseok, and finished it for Kim Wooseok. Although I usually love playlist dramas I felt like this one fell short, especially on the plot. The flashbacks that took up half the episodes were kind of getting annoying and I hated how the next episode almost never started with how the last one ended.

Also, Hajun’s behavior made me very uncomfortable and it was really weird that Dahee kept trying to justify it. It was also never touched upon and his storyline was pretty much shoved in there without a proper ending.

Pluspoints for the a.c.e songs that were playing in almost every store.

Not bad but not good

First of all, I liked what they were addressing in this drama about controlling parents, and not supportive parents. I got hooked in the first 6 episodes but that's it. It went downhill for me. It became slow and overstretched, I feel like they could wrap it all up in 15 episodes even though one episode is 18 minutes.

I'm an X1 fan that's how I got into this drama but it's so obvious that this was Wooseok's first acting role. I'm not sure if he can play a different role. Chan's character was irritating for me, he had a lot of unnecessary scenes. He was supposed to be the funny one in the drama but his energy was all over the place (It's just me I guess, a lot of people liked his character).

I usually like the OST of dramas I watch but not for this one. Overall, it was okay.

They thought they could ride the A-teen formula but they messed up bad.

I didn't watch the whole web series cause it was so boring.Idk which episode it was it was in like 4 or 5 where the couple Kiss and boy do they blow it out of proportion. For a kiss they acted like some 6 year old who saw someone kissing for the first time and these guys are supposed to be University students. Anyways the camerawork, music are good and acting is descent(they did their best for what they where given) but the story is bad af. I mean A-teen was a cliche but it was a good cliche this was taken from the success of A-teen to produce this mess. You can't keep using the same formula mate you gotta change a little.
