Great series!
I always watch chinese series, korean series and thai series. This series is also included in my favourite series. Main actor and actress are very cute and their acting is so good. Main actor is talented and very handsome. Second lead actor and actress's maid are also so cute. I can't wait this drama. I'm waiting this drama to release new episode. An attractive drama, I like very much. I want to watch this actor's new drama. The person who love romance drama must look this drama. This drama included funny and romance cast. The Sleepless Princess (2020)
I watched 8 episodes which are the latest. It is very interesting especially if you like to watch romance stories. The first 2 episodes are a bit complicating and a bit confusing but from episode 3 onwards, it is sort of explain the reason why the princess behaves in this manner and it getting interesting and nice to watch. At the moment, no English subtitles yet. You can search 离人心上 in youtube by the broadcast company 芒果TV青春剧场 MGTV Drama Channel to watch this if you are unable to wait for the English subtitles. Both male and female main lead acted very well esp the female lead. So try to watch this drama.Hope you will enjoy it.

Just a Sweet Story
Despite a couple of loopholes, this was a very sweet (and sometimes very touching) story. The actors did a good job, and there was definitely chemistry between the ML (very swoon-worthy) and FL (she has beautiful, expressive eyes). Liked the other couples also - but sorry that FL's maid and ML's brother were not around. I guess they have the 'next life'.The story was simple, but the characters were a little more complex and well-played by the actors. The ML was really great playing the cynical, stoic hero - but he could still portray his emotions all over his pretty face. When he cried, I cried too. He didn't back down from telling it like it was (loved the wedding night brush-off to Na Xi)
I would have given this series a higher rating if the bonus episode had been as good in production as the rest of the series, but it looked like it was thrown together as an afterthought - an afterthought that needed a lot more flow and explanation. This episode (36) made the whole series so much more rewarding for the viewers. Although episode 35 was also an appropriate ending, it had me bawling on my seat and aching my heart out for the ML. Either way, I would have liked the story.
This is a nice change from the backstabbing, intrigue, and drawn-out drama of some series. Again, this was just a very sweet story.

Light hearted and easy to watch cdrama. A MUST watch and worth re-watching!I am so in loveee with this drama. I love the characters and how the ML and FML slowly develop their feelings toward each other. I also found the story about the zodiac stone transformation pretty interesting.
This is the second time I have seen the ML in a drama, first in The Killing of Three Thousand Crows, then this is the second one. I say, IMHO, he did much, much better here. He showed more emotions and more "character" in this drama. I like how he can easily shed tears and his eyes is gorgeous. The ML and the FML had great chemistry, they looked good together, they are both gorgeous. This is also my first time seeing the FML in a drama, and I think she's pretty good as well. The side characters did an excellent job too, they fit perfectly for their roles . That said, the credit goes out for all not just for the ML and the FML.
Andddd don't get me started with the background music!!! whoa! Whenever I hear the bgm - With You (和你一起) - Guo jing (郭静), I know something's sweet is bound to happen so I need to grab a towel to cover my mouth and stopped myelf from screaming! lol I am so in love with this soundtract, it speaks volume about their character and their love story. They are on my mucisc track/ collection of cdrama ost's!
I would definitely recommend this drama to everyone. The ending is ep. 36, so don't feel sad that thay are only uploading until ep. 35. There's a lot of link in youtube and someone also posted in the thread!

I have so many questions and I haven’t finish, is funny, entertaining, it has everything, but I have so many questions, why they can’t kiss? What’s happening with the curse?How they can develop their relationship?
I love it so far!!!!! Isn’t like others, that some episodes are boring.
Please, recommend another with romantically that you want to get into the history..... applause for everyone involved in this drama. Especially the handsome Male Lead ♥️ The lovely Female Lead

A fun twist on "Sleeping Beauty" that falls just a tad short on the romance....
The Sleepless Princess is a fun twist on “Sleeping Beauty”, with just enough fantastical and mysterious elements to engage one to look forward to the next development. The visual fx are decent for a low-budget production. And the ending OST is the best I've heard in a while.The romance, however, is the one area that I am not sure about. Overall, the scenes were well-played, although some of the scenes were a bit cliched. The only thing is (fans - please don’t hate me for saying this) as nice looking as ZYC is, I must say that I found his acting a bit stiff. He never seemed to be able to look the main actress directly in the eyes. It was like he was acting around or in spite of her, even when she was supposed to be his main focus. That made the most romantic scenes feel like they were missing something. After seeing a number of other Chinese dramas, I confirmed that this is not necessarily the norm – although stiff acting is not unusual.
On the other hand, HYX really carried this show – at least in the first three quarters. She portrayed the titular princess and various transformations with charisma and charm. It really made you fall in love with her.
Sadly, sometime after episode 20, the show started to drag. As many had indicated on the discussion board, the late introduction of another unnecessary SF and the numerous forced misunderstandings seemed excessive. Also, as much as I had come to love the Princess’ character, HYX’s serious side felt less engaging after a while and I started to lose interest. It even seemed like the producers themselves might have felt the same because the last three episodes felt particularly rushed.
Overall, it was still an entertaining enough show, so I recommend it for a light distraction.

A big whole mess
WTH was this mess? Cringe plot and zero romance plus the ML character was one of the creepiest and most abusive that I've seen in C-drama. Simply Awful
With all their silly virgins who still doesn't consummate with their husbands even to the last episode. This is one of those cringing and frustrating romantic scenes, totally immature and really stupid. In those days 14 years old are as smart and mature as 28 year old today. Life was short and people grew up really quick. Those tantrums oh my god can we killed the Princess off already. Has it not been for the lead actor .. I would have stopped watching by the 3rd episodes.WORD OF HONOR is great! LANGYA BANG is excellent!! You know why? Because there are no stilly stupid retarded cringy heroines...

Siempre algo nuevo en la historia
Yo empece el drama por el actor, el actua super bien. Pero esta historia esta bastante original y ademas siempre pasa algo q te deja esperando el proximo episodio. Creo q en los 28 q he visto solo 1 o 2 son para llenar espacio. El drama tiene comedia, drama, fantasia y una mezcla de otros generos bien equilibrada. La quimica entre los artistas es increible, hacen tremenda pareja. Prometi no poner adelantos, pero sin contarles mucho,no se van a aburrir con el drama,van a amar y odiar al escritor y a los actores, pero eso es lo q lo hace mas interesante.Was this review helpful to you?
