Thriller/horror, supernatural elements. Short but one of the few ‘horror’ in the genre. Ghost trope but something very different and unexpected

BL dramas. Ghost Runner (Thailand) Mr. Heart (Korea) the plots are unrelated (Ghost runner has a horror genre and Mr. Heart is more of a fluffy romance) but both share that the lead characters are runners and LGBT.

Both are Thai BL dramas with a school setting and a horror/mystery element included in the plot. The characters have to deal with the ghosts that haunt the school but there are romantic scenes as well.
