Love Unexpected (2021)

Both MLs have suffered trauma and met the FL in the past but don't recognize her when they meet her again. The tone and characters were similar between both dramas.

In both dramas the ml feels like he owes a secondary fl because she saved his life, but he finds out that it was really the fl. They are both fluffy and light. The ml are both really strict about the house rules and there is cohabitation.

Both male leads are wealthy CEOs and have some type of "disease" or trauma.
Both female leads are hired as the male lead's body guard.

Both have the main leads being able to feel each other's pain due to the strange circumstances that brought them together.
They give similar feelings when.. the female lead has period crams and the male lead stays in bed (out of pain).. etc.

While not a body swap drama, the Main Leads share each other’s pain/emotions etc. From what I’ve seen, the funny scenes are quite similar and there are topics from the female/male perspective discussed like e.g. periods. The FL are also both strong and (at least in LU) the Main leads learn through each other.

This is an old drama that came to my mind.
In the cdrama they switch emotion and pain between each other.
While in the kdrama they end up switching souls.
It's kinda similar n kinda not soo

Both MLs are wealthy CEOs who have traumatic pasts and issues as a result. They hire FL (as a contract wife vs. bodyguard) and begin to heal as well as fall in love. There is a past connection between the two.

Both have adopted child that jealous with the sibling. The main couple have to stay together in same house and fall in love. The FL have weird sickness that they want to cure. The ML is the FL boss and and love the FL unconditionally.

-Both the male and female leads disliked each other at the beginning of the drama.
-Both the male leads are arrogant and rude but also adorably childish.
-There are cute jealousy scenes in both the dramas(Mainly the male leads get jealous in both the dramas)
-eventually the male and female lead fall in deep love.

Both dramas revolve around a female bodyguard, training other sports like box and her rich male employer who fall in love.

Similar paced romantic comedies with a lot of good kissing scenes and relationship development!
Their more mature and yet idealistic, and the female leads are strong but cute as well.

In both a young guy who is about to /or already in charge of/ a company is in need of a bodyguard.
The female lead looses her first love interest in the first few episodes and is in desperate need of a job..
She is appointed as his bodyguard.
They start to feel attracted one towards another..

The dramas involve the company politics of the guy's company together with the problems the female and her "sisters" ("and brothers") have to face in order to salvage the place they are training in.. and to have a position in that place.

Both have the main couple living together after having met years before which made a deep impression on the ML. Both MLs have traumatic past/issues. Both dramas have a similar feel/tone.

Both dramas deal with trauma and the leads living together and healing each other.

I think it's similar because it says that Xu Nuo and Ke Si Yi share the same emotional state just like Eun Gye Hoon and Noh Da Hyun in this Korean Drama
