Political drama, jealousy, friendships,and underdog are major themes, YoungShil deals with astronomy and science while HurJun deals with medicine

Both of this drama are the same. The 2013 one is a remake and the other one is the original. Everything is the same, I think the difference is quite small. The setting is the same.
