Breath is more psychological, dark and bold, Our Happy Time is lighter. Both are good in its own way and has good actors.

The two main characters end up falling in love and throughout the movie, it's very touching and beautiful. Although the ending is sad and you will cry. Both are very emotional and is worth watching.

Both movies are intense character studies and morality tales of criminals and the victims of their crimes. The criminals are very different in these stories, but the message from both movies is powerful. Korean film has presented 2 films in such a beautiful and watchable way that you think they are just entertainment but, in reality, force you to face your innermost thoughts on what it is you believe and to question those beliefs.

The female leads on both movies found a way to live their life with happiness. Finding meaning of life is not easy

The female lead on both movies played a fantastic job showing their down time and how they struggle to get out of box. Life wasn’t easy but love and fate came to their life and they found ways to live life.

Female leads suffer depression and attempted suicide, male leads has their own issues as well but together can their love grow?

Sympathetic look on a man who lived his whole life in suffering only for it to accumulate to him committing irreversible, unforgivable crime that put them in a death row/about to be given death sentence.
