The story centers on a girl who is told she only has six months to live. Eventually they are separated but come together again when Sophia falls into a coma after being struck by a taxi while cycling. Reunited at long last, they must come to understand the story of the strong and close ancestral connection hidden from them in the folds of the antique white silk fan or lose one another forever in the process.
A bit similar love & heartbreak story. The FL knew that she was very ill & doesn't want to spend time alone with her sickness. When she met the ML who help her, she ask the ML to become her fake lover & she will pay them. As the process they slowly fall in love. This movie is based on Nakashima Mika song "Yuki no Hana". If you like bitter sweet romance genre I recommend to watch it.
