Hasebe Sosuke is the deputy editor-in-chief of the Japanese edition of the fashion magazine, 'The Most' a worldwide publication. He is an unfriendly and cold rationalist transferred from New York to complete a mission. When young, he was overweight and often bullied. Now a handsome elite, he aims to reunite with his first love.

Meanwhile, that first love Sato Ai is unemployed and living with her best friend since her company went bankrupt. Hired as an intern at 'The Most ', Ai is an energetic, cheerful, and honest co-worker.

Once a beautiful honor student, she can be timid and overly self-conscious. While she does meet Sosuke again, she hides her true identity.

Fifteen-year-old Sei Saotome is the type of person who tends to fail at the most crucial times. After nearly becoming a high school drop-out, she enrolls into a school that is overambitious for her. There she meets the bold and popular Taiyou Udagawa; and the dreamy and stars obsessed, Mizuki Ootaka. After being asked by Mizuki to join the two guys in the Astronomy Club, it turns out high school life isn't as bad as she had expected.

Both MLs are popular, successful (and members of SexyZone in rl), both FLs are sort of lacking in confidence, and the ML and FL in both were childhood friends with friendship turning into romance.

Similarities:
- Ongoing dramas in 2nd half of 2021
- Theme of drama revolves around a magazine
- Magazine in Home Magazine deals with home purchasing
- Magazine in Kanojo wa Kirei datta deals with fashion (it is remake of K-Drama, She Was Pretty I believe)
- FL struggles financially which leads them to the job the ML works at
- ML and FL met once before before meeting at workplace

Difference:
- Identity remains hidden in Kanojo wa Kirei datta
- Identity of both leads revealed to each other in very beginning as the my meet again

I think its pretty similar both drama.
1. The work place is about women fashion magazine
2. Both have a "cold boss"
3. Both main female lead are clumsy but cheer full and hard worker. They want to learn to be a better worker.
4. Both main female have nice and lovely family also a little sister.
5. Both drama its about fashion magazine company that almost down.

About the romance is little bit different.

Time is a woman's enemy. On her 30th birthday, Cheng You Qing received an e-mail from Li Da Ren, her male best friend of 14 years, about the symptoms of premature aging. Unable to bear the fact that, as a man, Li Da Ren is likened to a fine wine that gets better with age and that as a woman, she is likened to a grape that will dry up like a raisin over time, she makes a bet with him to see who will marry first before they turn 35.

As she scouts for a potential husband, she finds that despite whoever she meets, there is always one person whom she can be totally at ease with and who is willing to put up with her independent, ill-tempered and stubborn personality - her best friend, Li Da Ren.

The only problem is that the both of them had already sworn to each other that they would never fall in love with each other.

Well, although the plot of the two shows have no similarities, and the two shows are still ongoing, there are other things I found similar in the show. The ml in (prince of push) and the fl in (she was pretty), both get a makeover, although the reasons for both are different, the transformation kinda changes their personality (in a good way). It's also about character development. The fl although hasn't changed much, the ml in prince of push has a major character development, in the second episode itself. Although the development is gradual in both, both the shows are pretty good.

I think that their really similar coz in this two dramas the female lead is ugly and without confidence in herself. They are childhood friend but only FL who remember about ML.
