I Loved this drama from start to finish! I think the description should be changed though - as Ha Ryu (PHJ) is not someone who would do ANYTHING (a.k.a kill someone) just to get ahead and make money, he truly puts PEOPLE first and cares about every customer! He is such a sweetheart, so nice and kind - I love him to pieces!!!!
I loved the Insurance girls (Da Hae) character as well, I could really relate to her feelings for some reason during the whole drama.
Jae Hee got on my nerves a lot - not because she isn't a nice person because she was, but when someone hangs around someone you don't want them to hang around, it can irk you lol.
The lessons this drama taught about how to treat people you sell things to was superb! This drama is going in my masterpieces collection! It was unique and fresh! Romance and Business! Good people and bad people!
The music was superb!
All the actors did an excellent job with the roles they portrayed!
All around this drama gave me a very "warm" feeling while watching each episode, it was very heartwarming.
It definitely connected with me on a personal level - it was very touching.

Why is the rating that low ?

I can't understand why this drama has a such low rating. I mean, the plot was interesting and really original. It's not a melodrama with boring romance and useless scenes.

The story is really well written. Everything has its place, its meaning. Every character is really interesting to follow, watching them growing together, sharing everything their life together. I mean, it was so realistic and so entertaining at the same time. It is really a must-watch. Every character has a great place - even if the character of Min Dae is the one I loved the less cuz sometimes she is overeacting for nothing but it's still okay and bearable. AND, it's like a first time but the romance it's not that annoying since it doesn't waste the plot. It's really well integrated, I liked that.

And the OST is simple but efficient. I really enjoyed the main theme !

The actors are really freaking great. A special mention for Park Hae Jin. I really loved how he played Ha Ryu. He was the character I loved the most. I mean, watching him growing was so touching and moving. I was so attached to his character. And some of his scenes are really funny, I laughed so much.

So, yes, the low-rating is really unfair. Many dramas have more than that because they are stupid romance without any plot and people seem to love that... How to say that I don't understand people ahah. They prefere watching something empty but they don't like dramas that have an original plot that is really more deeper than we can think at the beginning. It's kinda sad I mean. I hope more people will try this one !

Lukewarm Blood

The drama was based on cases but these cases quickly became quite repetitive after the first one. It was obvious they were reskinning the same thing over and over. Even the overarching story progressing in the background was going through something by echoing the same points. Rinse and repeat until the last few episodes where things started to actually change and progress again. The female lead Min Da Hae had the weakest presence on screen, barely a functional character, let alone a lead. Her romance was boring and annoying. Remove her and give Kim Jae Hee double the roles, at least she got more dynamic with other characters too. Some scenes and ideas were enjoyable but these were few and far between.
