This is one of the best bl I have ever seen!
First of all, I really love how every character is flawed, no is really "perfect" here. Staring with nuengdiao, in my personal opinion at very first episodes he acted rude because , he was thinking that everyone thinks that he is a scaredy cat and a rich brat who can't do anything. But, in reality he wanted to blend in with the kids and with palm. Palm's character is a prime example of "can do anything for his lover" which is kinda cliche I gotta admit but, did palm's dad ever show any affection towards him? No, he didn't. He just wanted to make his dad proud. Uncle non is ever grateful towards the family of nuengdiao, that he even forgot about his son by bodyguarding nuengdiao. But, deep down he really cares about him as well.Palm's mom is also a flawed character. She didn't go all gaga over palm when he arrived. Which is the reality. Personally for me chopper is the best character. He is always misunderstood, his dad is an a**** ,chopper is also afraid of rejection just like nuengdiao and is always hurt. Nuengdiao acted selfish when he blamed chopper for his mom's attack and his dad's death, but for nuengdiao's perspective, he is all broken.I would also blame someone who knew about the killings of my parents, suppose. Ben on the other hand, needed time to accept himself. Another thing that is shown here that young teenage people as well as adults can also make mistakes. When we are young we make some bad decisions,Which is completely normal. Nuengdiao rushed for love because he thought no really loves him but he just doesn't know.
Acting:
Pond's acting was just solid 10/10. Phuwin's anger scenes could have been better but he also did an amazing job, so all the other cast members
Conclusion: you can watch this drama if you want some spice in your life. It is not a "typical rom-com" but a different topic which is very good cause inter-caste relationship is shown here which I thing is a great topic to make a show on and thanks GMMTV for those scenes😏

#JusticeForChopper
What attracted me to the show was Pond because lets be honest he is hot. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about this series. The story is not realistic. Two 18 year olds running a big Mafia type of business? I think not?!Both leads need acting classes, they don't have the emotional range to do justice to this. Both characters have experienced devastating losses e.g loss of parents but they don't seem too bothered , in fact they jet off to an island for a week of romance while Nueng's mother in on death's door in hospital.
The side couple were not even given the opportunity to build anything. 11 episodes with one more to go and they are still nowhere to be seen? How did Ben go from crushing on Neung to being into Chopper? No development just vibes.
At this point l need them to free Chopper (Perth) or give him more money because he outacted every single one of these people. He is the only one who did his part in the group assignment.

One of the best Thai BLs
I loved this drama so much, I finished it in two days. Despite what everyone says, i really liked the plot line, there was a clear story and development and it was never boring. I like how we get both sweet episodes when they are in highschool, and then more adult and deep episodes when they are on the island. What i loveeeed about this drama was the cinematography, it’s so calm and pretty especially during the island/beach episodes. These episodes on the island were amazing in general it really felt like an escape from reality, which is exactly what it was for PalmNeung.PondPhuwin did an amzing job in this drama, their acting was really good. Palm was so adorably sweet and protective with Neung. And they weren't afraid to kiss with some passion, in my opinion this drama actually has the best PondPhuwin kissing scenes. They also acted out the sad scenes so well (especially those, after what happens to Palms mom), i liked how this drama had alot of moments that impact you, Where you’re shocked, or have to cry.
Unlike many other Thai BLs, this one is not cringe or tries to be funny, but has a real story and makes you feel something. It is unlike PondPhwuins other dramas, in a good way, and they really showed a different side of them in this one.
Whoever says this drama is bad, maybe just doesn’t like BLs made with a lot of care, but rather fluffy rom coms.

KP’s adorable son
I thought this series was very enjoyable. I had no major issues, except for the scenes between Ben and Nuengdiao – not because of shipping reasons, their entire (brief) romance just felt shady and forced, which was painful to watch.Pond and Phuwin have great chemistry together, and I appreciated how they portrayed the relationship between Palm and Nuengdiao as genuine, exploratory, and adorable. However, I was not a fan of their on-and-off break-ups; I felt they had one too many, which ultimately put me off by the end of the drama.
Perth and Chimon also did a fantastic job. I loved Chopper and was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't just another Vegas 2.0 (lol). I enjoyed how the relationship between Chopper and Ben developed, despite its issues and I wish we had seen more of them.
Overall, this series is definitely worth watching!

Fast-paced story; good indie soundtrack
The action, developing romance, and some frustration with the boys’ decisions kept me engaged enough to binge this show in a weekend. What started out as a cute high school romance shifted quickly into a crime drama, and the two main characters had to grow up quickly to meet the challenges that they faced.the pros:
-The indie soundtrack really complimented the show—many of the songs’ lyrics perfectly matched whatever emotion or action was playing out onscreen.
-I also appreciated that there were *some* moments that blurred the lines of the traditional “top” and “bottom” tropes in Palm and Nuengdiao’s relationship. Of course Palm was Nueng’s protector, but director made sure that their characters weren’t *always* designated to stereotypes of “strong” and “weak.” There were also dancing scenes in which both Palm and Nueng took turns as being the lead. I’m not sure why that struck me so much…
-There were cute flashback scenes of PalmNueng’s love story throughout the show; flashbacks that filled in the gaps of what we hadn’t seen the first time around. I thought this was a great way to add lightness to the intense, heavy episodes toward the end of the series, while also reminding the viewer of the passage of time.
The con:
both Nueng and Palm were far too young and immature for the intense kind of love that they fell into. Both boys couldn’t see past themselves and their own weaknesses to work as a couple. For a show called Never Let Me Go, they left each other a lot…and always for selfish reasons. The constant seesawing between promises to stay together forever and then running away from one another when times got tough gave me whiplash.
overall this BL was definitely worth the watch, but I’ll also look forward to a PondPhuwin series with older and more emotionally mature characters

not the best, not the worst
p’jojo does moody color lighting so well, i loved the red, blue, and purplethe plot moved along quickly enough and the pondphuwin chemistry was good enough that i could overlook the plot holes. it’s interesting enough to be worth the cognitive dissonance. i think the last episode was the best one, it brought the emotional impact (the scene with neung and chopper made me cry). i liked that we didn't get a happy fairytale ending so easily but we still go there!
sometimes the acting from pondphuwin was a bit weak, you can hardly compare the veteran actors and even perth with them
honestly not the worst BL but still worth a watch! it’s fun watching pondphuwin’s acting journey, having just finished We Are and currently watching Me and Thee as it airs

its not as bad as many people are trying to make it look like
now, if i saw the comments before i watch id be avoiding this but what happened now is that i checked the comments when i already watched it, things like that make me realise to not avoid shows just because someone said so, so whenever you will end up liking this serie or not i advice everyone to just check out and to not get so influenced by the comments, because sometimes you can end up liking something that someone else didnt.as any show of course there is things that i liked and things that i disliked so thats why i put spoilers warnings
things i disliked:
i do agree that in the middle (halfway through the eps) it was a bit slow ,"just a little bit" then the pace pick up again, there is times when i felt bothered about how much selfless palm is (that could be a charm as well) but i think of it as no, someone like palm will get hurt a lot in a world like this, i also didnt like the obsession of meeting only one time in a year (they were kinda of forcing that idea in the end) and the last drama of palm leaving was a bit unecessary tbh, i also think they should have shown palm's dad after hiding ,because thats the last we heard about him,
there is few things that they could have added too, i wanted to see palm and neung openly telling their families that they are dating (we never saw that), i wanted to see chopper/ben kiss but im not complaining as seeing them confirming their relationship and holding hands was heartwarming (we were saved from a high five lmao) and the chemistry is good, i find myself giggling about their interactions
but one thing i want to complain about, i wish they got more sceentime, we have seen a lot about palm neung and about chopper dad, but i wanted to see how ben is living and how he is dealing with his homophobic dad and his struggles ,there is a lot to explore there
things i loved:
-i loved when palm's friend told him that he should stand up for himself and that he should love himself, because he needs to hear that ,he looks like he always put others before himself
-i loved how he also praised neung and told him how good he did when he took over his mum, i love seeing a supportive boyfriend who is always there for his boyfriend and who make sure his boyfriend know he did great
-can i also talk about the music? its so gooood, gmmtv killing it with good songs i discovered a lot of good songs because of them.
-i liked seeing the grief part when palm was dealing with his mum's loss, the steps of process, first he pushed nuengdiao harshly then come to the realisation of what he did, then drinking and asking nueng for a dance, it was touching to see nueng comforting him as much as he can i'd say thats my favorite part.
-passive top and dominant bottom? yes i love to see that (as much as i love seeing switch couples etc) so i love to see how neung confessed first and how he asked palm to be his boyfriend, i love that just as much as he lean into palm's protection, he also take care of palm when he should, i love how honest he is even if some people think of him as a bit rude, it only show how human he is so he is not flawless just because he is the main character
note: i think from now on ,everytime i see a couple dancing id think of palm and neung because its their thing
another note about how i judge if a serie is good or not: i'am having good time watching or not? what i cant stand are slow plots with nothing going on, as nothing turn me off like feeling im about to sleep when im watching
about this show? i never felt that im about to sleep when im watching which is the opposite of few other series , so it was entertainning , i was interested enough to watch and enjoyed watching . so im not saying this show is perfect but i dont find it as bad as some people said. if you want to check it out just check it out, preferences are different from one person to another

I loved it
Forget all the negative comments, if ur planning to watch it, go for it… this series is truly good. I’m not sure what makes the other reviewers put this drama so down when it’s actually good but to each their own I guess …Pondphuwin were amazing, there were so many beautiful and cute scenes that I was not expecting but it was a happy surprise.. they’re gorgeous, beautiful ppl who are in love with each other, what can be more beautiful than that?? Also, I felt ppw connect in the most raw and loving way in this series… I loved them so much
Ofc there are plot holes and shortcomings in the show, like my biggest question was why are the richest ppl not hiring proper bodyguards for themselves when they knew they are in life threatening danger?
My Perth baby was beautiful, he was such a great character, I loved him but chimon, I’m sorry but his character was not it.. I wished he brought something to the table but he kind of didn’t.. he was just there
Anyways, a great watch, I enjoyed watching it

The series is visually stunning, melancholic, and charged with a tension that permeates every frame. Pond and Phuwin’s chemistry has evolved to stratospheric levels; here, they don’t just act, they feel. Watching Palm become Nueng’s pillar of strength while his entire world crumbles is nothing short of wonderful. It is an ambitious project that successfully balances family drama with a high-stakes "bodyguard" romance.
The highlights: Phuwin’s performance as the lonely heir and Pond’s commanding physical presence as Palm. This is a tale of privilege, loneliness, and blind devotion. It’s not perfect, but it is deeply captivating.

Never Let Me Go is not just a BL I watched, it is a BL that changed me
This series left a deep emotional imprint on me. It made me feel love, fear, longing, and vulnerability all at once, in a way that was impossible to ignore. The emotions didn’t stay on the screen; they followed me, settled in my chest, and stayed long after each episode ended. What makes this story so powerful is how intensely it captures the fear of losing someone you love. The tenderness feels fragile, almost painful, because it is never guaranteed. Watching it was overwhelming at times, but also unforgettable.
For me, this is a BL that shaped me, transformed me, and left feelings behind that I will never forget — and never want to forget.
It is not a light or easy watch, but it is deeply moving and honest in its emotional impact.
Never Let Me Go doesn’t simply tell a love story.
It leaves a mark, and once it does, it stays with you.

RICH BOY MEETS BODYGUARD
Never Let Me Go, starring PondPhuwin, is an enemies-to-lovers series and I’m a sucker for that kind of story. I especially enjoyed the rich-meets-poor dynamic, which always adds an extra layer of tension and sweetness. It’s got a nice mix of action, drama, and romance basically all my favorite elements in one. And as expected, Pond and Phuwin’s chemistry is on point. Their relationship grows at a pretty natural pace, which I appreciated.
The only thing I didn’t love was the ending. It felt a bit unrealistic that they’d only get to see each other once a year. That part left me wanting more closure.
Overall though, I really enjoyed Never Let Me Go. It’s an emotional rollercoaster, but in the best way.

i seriously can not let this show go
disclaimer: this review is going to be long and basically a ramble. i absolutely ADORE this show. i know its not an objectively GOOD show, but it just brings me so much comfort. i really really love pondphuwin, so yes i am biased, but i still think this show is definitely worth a watch. lets jump into it.first i want to talk about the plot. yeahhhhh, its not great. i'll be the first to admit it, the plot doesn't make a whole lot of sense, it's full of cliches, and the bodyguard x rich spoiled kid dynamic is way too overused and feels more like a wattpad storyline. with that being said, it works. the show starts off pretty slow for the first like 5 episodes when they're at the school, and neung and palm are just starting to get to know each other. it picked up a little bit with the whole ben thing (which i HATE), but it doesn't fully get good until neung's mom gets shot and they go to stay with palm's mom. the island episodes (which is most of the show) are so freaking good. the little gay couple that inspires palm and neung genuinely warms my heart whenever i think about them. they were so adorable, all of their interactions with neung and palm made me smile SO much. palm's dynamic with his mom was also a highlight, but i'll talk about more when i get to my characters paragraph. the island episodes was where it really felt like you could see palm and neung fall in love for real, especially neung. palm literally was whipped for this man since he first laid eyes on him, but neung took a little longer to fully fall. i can't fully express just how much i love the island episodes. i'm writing this review after my third watch, and sometimes when i'm sad i'll just rewatch episodes 7-9 to make myself feel better. the second couple, ben and neung's cousin (im sorry idk his name i just know he's played by perth) were lowkey REALLY forgettable. they were kind cute i guess, but i still hate ben. im sorry i really don't like him, he's the entire reason i just can't bring myself to rate this show a 10. actually, there's another reason i can't rate this show a 10: THE FUCKING LEAVING. when neung left palm for the first time, it felt well-done, it made perfect sense. i was not mad when neung left, because neung was acting in-character. however, when palm left neung in the LAST GODDAMN EPISODE i was so lost. that made no fucking sense im sorry. palm's whole character is being in love with neung and wanting to be with him forever, so WHY did he leave. idk, whenever i rewatch i just skip that whole 20 minute plotpoint bc it just pmo. overall, the plot is definitely the weakest part of the show, but it doesn't bring it down all that much. just suspend you disbelief, its a thai bl, you gotta just go with it sometimes.
moving onto characters, i have SO much to say. let me break down all the important characters into one sentence:
neung: starts off a spoiled brat, turns into the perfect loyal bf for palm
palm: constantly playing the hero, quite literally takes a bullet for neung
neung's cousin (perth): confused pussy who knows his dad is literally killing people but won't do anything to stop him
ben: THE FUCKING WORST I HATE HIM SO MUCH OH MY GOD
thanya: BADDIEEEE. the sweetest mom i love her so much
kit: most cartoon supervillian character ever, seriously he's so evil its almost laughable
chanon: really annoying father figure, legit cares for neung more than his own son
mam: BADDIEEEEE and such a relatable character, i sobbed when she died
neung and palm are really sweet once neung stops being a dickwad all the time. palm is my baby bro, i would do anything for him. i might like palm extra because pond is my fav actor of all time, and DAMN pond does a fantastic job playing palm. phuwin did a good job with neung, but i can tell it was a tough role for him since he is such a different person from neung. i love palm and neung so much tho. they're ADORABLE and they have a ton of chemistry. once again, as the #1 pondphuwin fan i am 1000000% biased, but still, they're undeniably cute. perth's character (just looked up his name, its chopper), is really annoying. like dude YOUR DAD IS KILLING PEOPLE if i were him i'd turn that man in within 5 seconds. ben is my literal opp. god i hate this man SO much oh my god. WHY DID YOU LIKE NEUNG. WHY DID YOU KISS NEUNG. WHY DID YOU BLAME EVERYTHING ON NEUNG. everything ben did, everything ben said, it all made me so angry. the only thing he did was make palm kill neung to make him feel better. other than that, it felt like his only purpose was to piss me off. i had to skip a lot of his scenes with neung in the beginning of the show because he just made me SO mad. mam was adorable, i literally loved her. she made a lot of sense, and hearing her tell palm why she left him was really amazing. i loved seeing a character admit she loves herself more than her son and not be demonized. it was refreshing. thanya was sweet when she was alive, i always love seeing non homophobic parents in bls. the other characters were just cliches. kit was so funny im sorry, why was he SO unforgivably evil. he had no redeeming qualities, and sometimes it felt like he was doing bad shit just to do it. none of the characters are all that special besides neung, palm, and their parents.
in conclusion, this show is really good. i love it with my entire heart and soul, even though its not really anything special. its a fun show to watch if you just want something kind of stupid with cute leads. is it a great show? no. but, it's charming in its own ways, and, as you know if you've made it this far, I LOVE PALM AND NEUNG SO MUCH!!!!! so, if you made it this far and you haven't watched it, please do. trust me, you wont regret it.
