Both are about women that put their lives on hold and lived as the perfect housewife thinking that’s the source of happiness
Both get a wake up call when they discover the husband they worshipped so much is cheating on them
And instead of crying about it both go back to their dreams and make their own happiness

Both shows include a couple who are doctors and working in the same hospital.
The female lead who was a housewife becoming a trainee doctor after being married for a great time.
Problems in relation between the couple (divorce/infidelity) but portrayed in funny way.
Male lead who is the main cause being the trouble in the married life.
Second female lead doctor who is ruining the relation of couple.
Medical team supporting characters and similar hospital settings vibes.
The same nasty actress playing the role of male lead's mother.
Female lead who gets entangled with the second male lead doctor interested in her character.

The story is centered around a middle aged woman who has to figure out how to navigate her life after being cheated on by her husband. In her marriage she quit her career so now she is trying to rebuild it along the way, not the same comedy angle but fairly comedic. Dr Cha reminded me of this amazing drama. Older women stories being told and decenters men

1. Both Female leads are diagonised with life threatening diseases at a certain point in the dramas .
2. In both the dramas , Husband is cheating on Female lead

However The storyline that follows afterwards is different.
DO GIVE IT A WATCH .

I honestly will recommend it if you are looking for other medical/ hospital/ doctor stories. also mentioning that Doctors are more romantic than Doctor Cha as I guess. They do have similarities too, such as:
- both about doctor's life in hospitals.
- both have love triangle relationships.
personally, I liked Doctor Cha from the first two episodes because of the story.

Both shows are about the life of a married couple where their marriage is not working well.
The female leads are hardworking and devoted housewives leaving their career in order to give all their time for their households.
Second brazen female leads who were the first love of male leads causing the trouble in marriage relationship in the sequence of events.
The female lead will be working with the second male lead in the same office/hospital who is her superior and interested in her character.
Second male lead who is the first catching the cheating of husband on first female lead.
The story will be tackled in a funny way but with great emotionally scars.

Both are dramas wherein the FL pursues her dream career. In My Second Aoharu, it's becoming an architect, meanwhile in Doctor Cha, it's to practice her medical degree and to restart her medical resident course.

both dramas cover the same themes such as "middle age crisis", "a seemingly PERFECT and SUCCESSFUL family which is collapsing from inside" and "a cheating husband" and...

They both have mothers trying to handle the balance between supporting their children and existing happily. Hi Bye, Mama has more dark and serious themes whilst Doctor Cha is slightly more comedy focused.

aside from the 2nd FL are the same acctress... they kind of share few similarities

-ML married the FL not completely out of love
-FL is the one that is really invested in their marriage
-ML's first love is the 2nd FL (again, played by the same actress in both dramas)
-ML and 2nd FL are really close and in some parts they acted like they don't know each other because of what other people might think of them
-2nd ML is very much supportive of the FL
-ML gets jealous when 2nd ML makes moves on the FL
-ML commitment to the marriage is kind of unclear. I mean they don't want divorce but they don't seem invested in the marriage as well

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

This drama is centric around a hospital environment similar to Doctor Cha, and shows relationships that take place within all of the character's work environments. A similarity is that three of the main characters went to university together similar to how the Hospital Playlist cast did, but their school years impacted them very differently between the two dramas.

The comedy aspect is just as pleasing as Hospital Playlist, and gives me the same joy watching. Doctor Cha is completely different, however, in terms of the plot not being completely centric in job, but her domestic household life as well. The work aspect of her job is also that of a resident than that of the professors in Hospital Playlist.
