The story keep goings-on, they're everywhere but connected little by little.. well written plot with twist here and there..Great drama!!

The ML is admitted to a hospital after facing an accident while this hospital has mysterious deaths surrounded (there's a serial killer) while he want to protect his fiancee who is also admitted to this hospital just like how the ML in Gannibal also assigned to this village full of cannibals where he has to protect his family and solve the mystery.

Both are masterpieces and set in creepy remote villages. Both will give you the mindf^ck of your life. Both have convoluted plots that will keep you on your toes. And both have one of the best casting. They are also both macabre and gory and downright disturbing at times, but also worth the sleepless nights and nightmares.

If you love Gannibal, you will also love Samayou Yaiba.. Disturbing, dark, plot twist, and mind blowing.. Great plot, cast and acting.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Though gannibal is a bit more gruesome, but they both have creepy dark atmosphere with unimaginable secrets! lots of twists and turns along the way

Both dramas depict the worst of human nature, both are dark, mysterious and horror themed. Raw and rough sometimes even disgusting, they don't shy away from strong and impactful scenes, and the storylines are quite grotesque.
