Don’t bother to watch unless u r fan of Cha Eun Woo
The acting and storyline are basic and not really interesting. The female lead is horrible I wish they didn’t cast her I know there are probably better actors than her!!. Its really one of the trash k-dramas of 2024. I will continue to watch it just to see if it will get better and kinda curious about the story. The best thing about the show is that they are finally exploring a new side of Cha Eun Woo as an actor and they did him justice in this role soooo excited to him act as a dark character!!Was this review helpful to you?

Makes you wonder
This drama makes you wonder - who is right and who is wrong?I like that it makes your brain and emotions debate to what is right and did they make a right choice?
Is the mother’s actions right? Or is the dead driver’s son correct? Which actions are justified? To be honest, it depends on each viewer. This makes the story flavorful.
Somewhat predictable for some parts especially the adultery part but hey, I’ve seen hundreds of dramas and this part of a storyline usually happens haha.
The dead driver’s son (Cha Eun Woo) is somewhat a villain but then he was also a victim so you don’t really know if his actions were justified.
The mother who wasn’t remorseful of what she did was also kind of a villain, why getting her emotions get a hold of herself.
Watch the drama and ask yourself who is really the villain in the story.

The dialogues are basic, the characters are 1D and the story has been done to death
I stopped caring about this after ep4, mainly cuz it went inside a maze and it’s still going in circles
Like he was there and she saw him at the end of last ep and the start of this ep and she’s still wondering what’s up
Basically I had this on x2 and I didn’t even look but nothing happened
Sad I love Kim kangwoo but he left the evil second lead, became a great actor, lost into cheesy naive roles in romcoms and now he’s a typecast cheater zzzzzzzzzzz
I still love him but I won’t tolerate this and I’m pretty convinced anyone who praises this is just doing it for foot actor
Unless something happens, with twists, imma drop this zzzzzzzzzzz
Everything is exactly what one would think from ep1, only one tho was different, but now it’s a boring circle which is sad cuz the cast are amazing but his became another “Trolley” which just means typical repetitive cheap makjang zzzzzz
The thing that was shocking was her killing that guy, the fake sister, the cheating husband, the revengeful son, the corrupt politician zzzzzzzzz
There’s nothing going on besides dragging all of that
In trolley the shock was that her sweet husband wasn’t just a cheater but also a rapist who hurt her good friend and kept tormenting her, I think :)

Wonderful world
I liked the drama for its suspense, but I don't like watching dramas where husbands always cheat on their wives, that's terrible, it just seems like cheating which has great ratings in Korean dramas, they need to have more creativity, I would like the couple to end the series together, and not apart, the adopted sister betrayed her own sister. Was this review helpful to you?

Addictive from the go
When I decided to try to watch, only because of a good review on Cha Eunwoo performance in it. I don't remember watching any of kim namjoo's drama or movie so she wasn't the attractive point for me. However, the storyline was so good from the go that hook me up till I couldn't stop. It was a bit meh when they use the repetitive classic story of cheating-husband-with-the-friend to add salt on the wife's wound. The good thing is they keep the pace fast and didn't drag the problem to a couple of episodes.Overall, I really like how this drama shows the realistic relationship between people. Everyone has gone through sufferings, losing people they love, but they didn't emphasize who's gone through harder. They didn't forget, but they showed that there's still a life after that, and there are people who held them dearly still waiting for them. Even when people make mistakes, it doesn't mean that the sincerity they have shown was fake either.

Wonderful Euwoo
I rarely watch kdramas right now because I'm too busy but something about Eunwoo in the trailer made me so curious and I'm so thankful I watched it because this kdrama is so impressive. It's one of the best I've ever watched. The sory, the acting, the music, everything is perfect, even the acting of support characters are great. Kim Namjoo and Cha Euwoo's acting are top notch. I will never forget Seonyul, a character that will forever remain in my heart. Kudos to the scriptwriter, director, all the cast and all the staff and crew of Wonderful Word. You are all wonderful. Was this review helpful to you?

Grief is the main actor, and it is about to expose (of) them all
Definitely not your typical kdrama. But it is for somewhat niche audience, those into long-winded dark, dreary and repetitive points hitting the same spot.I like those dramas when there is a point to it and not exploitation of negative emotion. And there was. The point, I believe.
Overwhelming in intense gloomy and tragic undertones. Grief and coping are the actors in this drama, taking a large podium, to not immerse but drown each character. As if both take on a mercenary role. Each character is both momentarily rewarded and ultimately punished by decisions they made, rejecting grieving and coping in service of revenge. Grief is the main actor and not revenge, that is the point. And it punishes each character accordingly for that lack of awareness.
Which is an interesting take for a kdrama, not gonna lie.
The chemistry between Soo-hyun and Seon-yul was palpable. It never went the romantic route but I could sense the alignment between two characters that obviously found solace in their similar experience with loss. I wish it was further developed. This one does remind me a bit of My Mister in its attempt for two people to process pain together.
But this is not sad, slice of life piece. This took tragedy and packed a punch with some action, and quite a few, albeit predictable, plot twists.
There are of course quite a few duds, motivatios of Seon-yul fell a bit flat. Wrap up was rushed, general downer, and kind of too each. As if the production got tired.
Not many standouts (good or bad) among actors. The female lead really shone, and Kim Joon, one of antagonists. I did not see Cha Eun Woo laugh once. Gorgeous man no doubt, but I do not think he wants that to be the main takesway. I did think he did not have a range of emotional capacity/expression to deliver each scene, and thought both Park Bogum and Seo In-Guk would have delivered in this type of role perfectly. Albeit his acting continues to be average at best, he was not distracting from the plot for which I still approve of the show as a whole.
(Also, nice to see the lead of the Eight Sense getting his footing into kdrama industry. Little time, but step by step.)
Overall, I do not take this one as a binge. The main characters are complex and I believe the viewer should be a bit more invested to understand their perspective in order to enjoy this one. I would need to rewatch to understand better, but intrigue kind of dissipated.
Not for everyone, for sure. But an interesting one, 100%.
What do you think?
Thanks for reading.

Wonderful
powerful acting by whole cast storyline, everything is so freaking amazing. goosebumps.I'm seated for whole drama. THIS IS THE DRAMA.
A wife who loses a husband is called a widow.A husband who loses a wife is called a widower. A child who loses his parents is called an orphan. There is no word for a parent who loses a child.
That’s how awful the loss is.

The anticipation of their characters finally truly meeting
“What a Wonderful World” playing again as Seonyul & Soohyun finally meet! So that’s what the umbrella scene was about…
Such a cliffhanger! So many questions lingering. Really keeping us in suspense.
this is so exciting!

A pandora's box
Diving into "Wonderful World" has been an absolute rollercoaster, and I'm here for every twist and turn. The drama, centering around Soohyun and Seonyul and his intricate ties with the other characters, is a masterpiece of emotional depth and complex storytelling. The dynamic between Cha Eunwoo and Kim Namjoo is electric, their shared screen time hinting at a relationship far more complicated than mere revenge. The possibility of a common enemy rather than a direct confrontation adds a delicious layer of intrigue. What sets "Wonderful World" apart is its ability to balance the human condition with the elements of revenge drama. The show doesn't shy away from exploring the darker facets of human nature, yet it manages to inject moments of light and hope, primarily through its complex characters and their intertwined destinies.
I can't wait for the next episodes!
