Even though they are c and kdrama from the name to the plot and how is female center is VERY similar. Both have crazy revenge plots: how the fl comes back years later for her revenge and the ml helps the fl with revenge. Both have minimal romance, but the chemistry and the intense between the leads is beautiful. If you like the K version, you will most likely like the historical C version.

The storyline is quite similar: Both FLs get sent away to the countryside as young since they are disliked by their family, especially by the concubine. They return years later for revenge, and both FLs are very smart. The MLs are strong, very cunning, and smart, and both MLs help the FLs avoid danger and take revenge.

Spring of the Blade and The Glory has similarities in their revenge premise and bickering banter between the leads.

Both dramas follows the story of their female leads who’s out to get revenge on their families. Along the way, they encountered their male leads who kept convincing them to partner up.
