Very similar concept overall except The Truth S2 has a bit more elaborate backdrops/buildings than Who's the Murderer. The Truth S2 also has more jump scares.
Who's the Murderer has been running for 9 seasons now while The Truth is pretty new.
They're similar to each other in the fact that one of 5-7 members is a murderer and there is a detective(s) that is trying to suss them out. All players have to go around finding evidence and discovering the motives of the suspects and they vote at the end to find who the Murderer is.

similar in the sense of having a case where the guests have to figure out who among them is the murder while each assuming an idenity in the specific setup
what is different is that in all seasons of The Truth the guests actually have to go around exploring to uncover the hints and act out their identity while in Murder Club they simply sit around the discussion table while the hints are being revealed to them over the course of several rounds

both shows have celebs, some are suspects some are detectives. i enjoyed both the shows but season 2&3 of the truth were better in my opinion. in the truth there are usually 2 detectives and in the middle of the game the suspect can choose a detective to become X so that detective will secretly help the killer
