Basically "Save Myself" plot but different in a pleasent way...
I am not a huge fan of Shen Hao Nan`s work since i find many of his dramas really lacking plot wise, but the man himself can act, kiss and just take my screen by storm by his gorgeous and deadly charisma! His co-star is absolutely lovely Wang Yun Yun (my first time seeing her on-screen) and these two really caught my laptop on fire with their quite steamy chemistry! I mean if looks could BURN,YUMMM!And i really enjoyed this story by the way, especially with the emotional depth it got near the end. It totally fed my romantic soul!'
It does start with our gorgeous ML witnessing a wedding, in this case he sees FL marrying another man. Her beauty does catch his eye, but alas she is a married lady now. Well until he stumbles upon her in the Hotel corridor and find her drunk in his embrace. SEDUCTION ON POINT, PEOPLE (Ah i live for this!!) Not only does he become her secret lover, but also her secret sword against her enemies who wants to steal her inheritance.

The FL has a lot of trauma that left her basically stone cold emotionally and with only revenge on her mind. I love her. The cast are all incredible actors, the plot was great, nothing left unfinished. Plus, there's a well-written gay character. Representation matters. but why is it called Stealing pet?
The ML and FL were very well casted and played their individual roles well. The music consisted of the same 3 songs chinese short dramas play during their videos. I'm imagining it's a licensing issue. The costume director did a good job and I liked the outfits.My issue with the show mostly stems from the writing and lack of continuity on the directors part. The FLs personality did a 180 in the last ten minutes of the show. No one, especially someone who suffered that much mental abuse and torture can change overnight. Another thing I was confused about was whether or not they were able to save the baby. Likely a language barrier/skewed viewing issue but confused all the same.
The stepbrother has zero character written other than being a step for the FL to springboard off of. The father was horrid and deserved a far worse ending than he got.

Conquista do amor - MeloloUm drama com uma atuação emocionante do Shen Hao Nan e da Wang Yun Yun.
Como a maioria dos dramas curtos existe o plot de um passado remoto de infância entre dos protagonistas é um sempre não lembra. Neste caso, ela não lembra.
O drama começa com ele presenciando o casamento dela com outro homem, um casamento de acordo de amizade entre os dois que ninguém sabe, mas que encobre um tema interessante tratado com cuidado na trama, o relacionamento gay do marido dela.
Ela, por outro lado, passa a noite de núpcias com nosso protagonista e iniciam um caso, onde ele busca o amor dela, protegendo-a e abrindo seu caminho para sua vingança e ela o usando como arma.
O que gostei:
Como já disse, a atuação, realmente emocionante. Em particular a cena em que o Hao Nan sai do hospital e caminha ba chuva, e da Yun Yun na escada lembrando da morte da mãe, do pai trazendo a amante e o filho bastando e sendo levada para o manicômio.
O que não gostei:
Achei que a personalidade da FL passou do ponto no quesito usar e mentir e manipular o ML. Desde o primeiro contato deles, tudo foi planejado por ela com o intuito de usá-lo, isso me incomodou um pouco. Também achei o fim muito corrido, com a mudança na personalidade dela retratando uma recuperação dos transtornos passados muito rápida.
De qualquer forma, foi um bom drama.
