First impression

Pretty good so far, my first time seeing Tham or Mac in anything. Nice acting, interesting premise. I like it a lot.

Things I liked:
1. I like the main couple, their characters and their personalities really complement each other in my opinion.
2. Great chemistry.
3. Acting.
4. Interesting and entertaining plot.

Things I disliked:
1. Krit and Mochi. I understand why they are a couple, because they are both as equally awful and self-centered. I was excited to finally see AunStamp together, but the characters they are playing are highly unlikable, in my opinion. The whole breaking up with Rin on his birthday and pretending to be cheating on him while also saying that he had it coming because "I've told you before" is the most insane and lame thing to do. I unfortunately no longer have any interest in the couple AunStamp is playing. I don't see them recovering after all they did.
The fact that Mochi assumed that Rin is "dating Khobfa just to spite Krit" is just so stupid and genuinely pissed me off. And then Krit has the audacity to come to Rin and say, "You don't have to do it just to spite me. " Like, buddy, the world doesn't revolve around the two of you. Get a life.
I'm sorry, but I just really don't care about Krit and Mochi, them falling in love, etc. I was so excited to see Aun and Stamp in a series as a couple, but their characters are so unlikable, every time I see them on my screen, I want to skip over their moments.
2. Why is everyone so obsessed with the idea that the only reason Rin is hanging out with Khobfa is to make Krit jealous? Like, omg, I'm losing my mind with this. Can we move on?

absolutely one of my favorite from the currenty airing Thai Bl's

i'm at episode 6 now and I need to say that i absolutely LOVE this series. It has some cliches and i love this type of stuff. The relationship between rin and khobfa is pretty cute and kind of funny.
I love how Khobfa shows more and more feelings around rin and starts to trust him to the point of developing feeling's.
I'm actually suprised that he didn't asked what the family inheritance from rin is? he just accepted and promised he isnt like the others.Still super cute bc of the exchange of bracelets and necklace
Can't wait to witness the moment he find out abt rin cursing him by accident, even tho i'm a bit scared abt a breaking up era i just hope he can understand it was an accident.
I'm also a big fan the actors StampAun. The characters krit and mochi are definitely fitting and such a attention holder.
The way u can notice that Mochi is missing his friendship with rin so much that he even gives up the chance he has with krit bc he doesn't want to break the promise. The constantly craving of the old friendship and little diva fight's with rin is definitely what i'm here for.
The characters are all pretty well written and have all a backstory.

Main couple is cute

Unlucky Bae is a simple but cute university BL story. The main couple has great chemistry, and it’s genuinely enjoyable to watch them support each other as they gradually grow closer.

BUT, up until episode 7, I still have no idea why the writers thought the audience would enjoy watching a side couple made up of one of the main characters’ ex-boyfriend—who literally broke up with him on his birthday—and his supposed high school best friend.

I can’t stop thinking about how freaking obnoxious both of these characters are. They’re so unpleasant to watch, and instead of making me interested in their relationship, every scene with them just makes me wonder why I’m supposed to care about these two getting together.

I am still waiting to find out what good can they do to the story by the end of it.

Heartwarming show but...

Ok , so I really like the Idea of this storyline. I think it genuinely has such good potential. You have Rin, who comes from a magic lineage, and his boyfriend (Krit), who eventually breaks up with him. Then, trying to get revenge, Rin tries to curse him. Doing this, he accidentally cures the wrong person, Khobfa. OK, soooo love this, but the fact that he's from a magic lineage lowkey gets mulled over and isn't emphasized enough at all for me... I feel like they mention it just enough so you don't forget, but it doesn't feel important past a certain point in the show that Rin had even cursed Khobfa. (Granted, I have not finished yet.) Another thing is Krit and Mochi, omfg don't get me started. To be honest, I couldn't even tell the whole dynamic of them just because I skipped over their parts that much. I could nooot get over what Krit did to Rin. It's honestly unforgivable. The couple just felt evil to me, and I was confused why they were getting so much screen time. I love the actors tho none of that relates back to how well they did their jobs. I firmly believe if an actor can actually make you mad at their character, then they are doing a good job lol. I do like the rivalry between Mochi and Rin. I think it's so interesting they used to be best friends. I also noticed that when all the boys were promising not to date Rin and Krit were looking at each other, Mochi was looking at Krit, so I knew something was about to go down there. To be honest, I didn’t/dont understand this internet war they were trying to push in the beginning that kinda faded off? Rin didn't even really entertain the idea in the beginning and never really tried to go against Mochi, which felt a little pointless. Other than that, I love the show so far. I love the chemistry between Rin and Khobfa. I like that Khobfa is this shy person and kinda ominous and then is the one who really falls for Rin first and starts acting cute and soft around Rin. and although the speech storyline flet random, I think it really added to his character and how people think hes this mean guy and it violent, but hes really just an anxious person who doesnt want to hurt people with his luck. Overall, I really do like this show a lot; I think it’s cute and isn't very stressful to watch if you know what I mean.Its very Fuuny and quirky. I just think it could’ve spent a little more time in the writers' room developing and curating the plot and fixing some of the plot holes.

Started good but lost it's way

When you watch the episode 1 of this drama you'd think this is something related to magic like "my magical prophecy" where Rin accidentally curses Khobfa and is trying to fix his mistake but overtime the drama just feels like that isn't the case.

It's actually pretty good till ep 5 but then it gets boring. There's just too many plot holes. The whole curse track is sidelined. Random traumas are dragged in. The story just seems like bad writing.

For example, they show this whole plot where Rin is running away from Khobfa cz he doesn't want Khobfa to die like his dad did. But then next episode Rin says his dad ran away with someone🙄.

KritMochi's plot was just too annoying. I feel they should have just ended them in the 1st 2 episodes. I literally skipped their parts. I loved AunStamp in Revamp so i was kinda happy to see them here😑😑 but after seeing their character I'm like no thank you.

Overall it's pretty average 🙃
