Shan Shan runs into the boss’s secretary downstairs at the company and learns of this year’s employee trip. The boss is going to travel with the Finance Department - meaning he’ll be traveling with Xue Shan Shan! Her first reaction is to find a way out, so she says she doesn’t have the money for a trip. The secretary tells Shan Shan that the boss has already covered her expenses, causing the others to talk about her again. (Source: Viu)

Another episode with real forward progress…

Another episode with real forward progress in terms of character growth for the FL. A little annoying that they've introduced some cliche' drama tropes (the classic childhood friend who secretly is in unrequited love with ML). But that's understandable in order to provide some jealousy drama from the FL side. Hopefully they won't go overboard with psychopath characters or anything crazy like that.

Oh, my. Drama cliches abound.

Goodness between Feng Teng old friend wanting him and this new dramatic female entering at the end, it's gonna be even more drama clichés.

Really! Ha-ha. I'm still enjoying myself, but the writing really isn't attempting anything new. I see why there are so many recommends for people who like Love O2O, but Love O2O had great side character stories and a unique/wonderful romance.

Shan Shan was working for 4 years at the company already? Time did not flow well in the story. Not to mention that there is practically 0 romance between Feng Teng and Shan Shan.

It's all very underwhelming. I'm disappointed that there hasn't been any romantic build mainly outside of drama clichés and we're 4 episodes in!

Still fun.
