Actress Lee Min Jung (Cunning Single Lady, All About My Romance) is expecting her first child with her husband Lee Byung Hun (Iris). She is 27 weeks into her pregnancy. This great news was announced by her agency through a press release on January 19. Her baby will be born in April.

"It's a blessing to welcome a baby into a family, but we were hesitant to announce this, due to the recent unfortunate circumstances," said the press release. "We also had to consider her condition before revealing the news about her pregnancy. Please understand why we had to be careful about revealing her pregnancy to the public."

Lee Min Jung had been going through a lot since her husband Lee Byung Hun had reported a blackmail incident to law enforcement officials in August. He said that model Lee Ji Yeon and GLAM singer Da Hee threatened to release video footage of the actor engaging in a sexually suggestive conversation if he did not give them $5 million. The women were arrested, convicted and sentenced.

Because of many reporters surrounding their house, Lee Min Jung decided to move to her parents' home. Even though it had to be hard for her, she stood by her husband. For now, she has no plans to work for the duration of her pregnancy. She will remain in Korea and focus on her health.

My comment: I'm a big fan and I'm really happy for her. I just hope that she will stay strong after so many things happened with her husband's case!

Cast of cute new TvN drama Heart to Heart released photos with messages for their fans. On the condition that the drama reaches a 3% viewer rating, each cast member has promised to surprise those who watch the series.

Choi Kang Hee"I will ride my character Cha Hong Do's scooter and go to viewers' workplaces and schools to treat them to hot chocolate."

Chun Jung Myung"I will pick three people to give chocolate to on Valentine's Day."

Lee Jae Yoon"I will pick three people to personally deliver flowers to on Valentine's Day."

Sohee: "I will treat 100 people in Myeongdong to warm soy milk or hot packs."

Also, there was an interview with Choi Kang Hee about a week ago where she shared her backstory about the kiss scene in the drama. "Chun Jung Myung told me it was the first time for him to shoot a kiss scene as such. So I personally felt so sorry because I've done many kiss scenes before in different dramas. So I was fine and prepared for it calmly. But he said he was so shy. The actual situation was completely opposite to the scene in the drama".

My comment: Omg... they are so cute ^_^ Anyway... the highest rating so far was 1.90% for episode 5. I really love this drama. It is sweet and has a great relationship between the leads. I really hope that they will reach 3% in the future!

Hyde, Jekyll, Me X Kill Me, Heal Me

plagiarism accusation

Some of us may have been surprised by the sudden appearance of the two very similar dramas: Kill Me, Heal Me and Hyde, Jekyll, Me. Both of them deal with the topic of multiple personalities or dissociative identity disorder. It's a condition in which trauma forces a person to develop alternate personalities in order to cope.

The creator of the 2011 webtoon that Hyde, Jekyll, Me is based on has accused the creators of Kill Me, Heal me of plagiarizing his story. "I was the first to come up with a story about a woman who falls in love with a man who has multiple personalities," Lee Chung Ho, the webtoon creator on his Twitter account.

His statement raised a critical response towards him not only from the Kill Me, Heal Me production company, but also from Ji Sung fans, who took it as a personal attack on the actor. A few days later, Lee Chung Ho wrote an apology for the misunderstanding that he had caused in relation to Ji Sung and his fans. He also wrote,"If something like this continues to happen, then the spirit of the writers who are working hard will lessen." However, He did not press any charges against the Kill Me, Heal Me production company so far.

Both dramas went head-to-head in a ratings battle. This week the clear winner was Kill Me, Heal Me with 9.9% rating. Jekyll and Hide took second place with 8.6%.

My comment: This is not the first time something like this happened. Remember all those time travel dramas 2 years ago? Anyway, it is really hard to decide who is right and who is wrong here. I like both dramas so far, however, I like 'Kill Me, Heal Me' a little bit more. What about you?
