Yoon Gyung Ho joins Han Seok Kyu and Han Ye Ri in "The Intimate Traitor"
Block B's P.O. will be making a cameo in the upcoming new season of "Yumi's Cells 2."
On December 2, it was reported that P.O. will be making a special appearance in the upcoming second season of "Yumi's Cells."
P.O's agency Artist Company also confirmed the reports of his special appearance and stated that the idol-actor will play the role of Control Z.
For his special appearance, P.O will be the character Control Z. He will be Yumi's illustrator. He has a history of dating for more than 10 years. He will also begin dating Ruby.
"Yumi's Cells 2" will continue to showcase the life journey of Yumi and her cells from the first season. The drama is based on a webtoon of the same name by Lee Dong Geon. Just like the first season, the series will be directed by Lee Sang Yeob and the script will be penned by writers Song Jae Jung, Kim Yoon Joo, and Kim Kyung Ran.
The second season will be led by Kim Go Eun, Ahn Bo Hyun, Lee Yoo Bi, GOT7's Park Jin Young, and Park Ji Hyun. Aside from P.O., actress Shin Ye Eun will also make a special guest appearance.
The upcoming season "Yumi's Cells 2" will reportedly air in the first half of 2022. The cast members are currently filming for the series.
Block B's P.O. last starred in the hit 2021 drama "Mouse" with Lee Seung Gi, Lee Hee Joon, Park Joo Hyun, Woo Ji Hyun, Ahn Jae Wook, and more. He is also set to star in the upcoming KakaoTV original drama "Goosebumps."
The idol-actor is currently active as an actor and variety star. He was part of several dramas such as "More Than Friends," "Hotel del Luna," "Encounter," and more. He is also a regular member of the seasonal variety programs "New Journey to The West," "The Great Escape," "Kang's Kitchen," and more.
P.O made his debut in 2011 as a member of the k-pop group Block B. In 2016, he began his acting career. The next year, P.O. also made his name more known through his appearances on variety shows.
