Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Chae Jong Hyeop and Park Eun Bin will possibly reunite in the upcoming K-drama "Diva of the Deserted Island."
On January 12, media outlets reported that Chae Jong Hyeop will be joining Park Eun Bin in the new K-drama titled "Diva of the Deserted Island." According to reports, he will play the role named Bo Gyeol.
Chae Jong Hyeop's agency IOK Company responded to the casting reports. According to the agency, the actor did receive the offer and it is one of the proposed works he is currently reviewing. Nothing has been decided yet.
The upcoming series was first offered to Park Eun Bin. The actress is also currently reviewing the casting offer.
"Diva of the Deserted Island" will be the latest work of director Oh Choong Hwan ("Big Mouth") and writer Park Hye Ryun ("Pinocchio"). together. The two worked previously in the K-dramas "Start-Up" and "While You Were Sleeping."
The upcoming K-drama will tell the story of a woman who accidentally drifted to an uninhabited island and returns to the civilized after 15 years and will need to adapt to the world.
If Chae Jong Hyeop and Park Eun Bin decided to star in the upcoming K-drama, this will be their reunion project after the hit 2019 series "Hot Stove League." This time, Chae Jong Hyeop will no longer be a supporting character and he will be the next male lead of Park Eun Bin.

Chae Jong Hyeop is currently starring in the ENA Wednesday-Thursday K-drama "Unlock My Boss." He works alongside Park Sung Woong, Seo Eun Soo, Heo Ji Na, Kim Sung Oh, and Ahn Nae Sang.
After "Unlock My Boss," Chae Jong Hyeop will then star in the upcoming series titled "Is It Fate?" This time, he will work with Kim So Hyun, Yun Ji On, SISTAR's Kim Da Som, and Yoon Jun Won.
