The ENA drama Crash, which starred Lee Min KiKwak Sun YoungHeo Sung TaeLee Ho Chul, and Choi Moon Hee, is returning for Season 2. 

The South Korean drama production AStory announced on August 21 that production for Season 2 of the K-drama Crash is underway. 

First aired on May 13, Crash is an investigative drama about the Traffic Crime Investigation Team (TCI) tracking unusual traffic crime cases and uncovering the truth behind them. It is the first K-drama to undertake the theme of traffic crimes. 

The K-drama consistently achieved new viewership records for almost every new episode and went on to become the second-highest-rated drama (6.6%) in ENA's history.

Writer Oh Soo Jin stated, "In Season 2, we will explore not only the chemistry among TCI team members but also the diverse stories of Namgang Police Station characters. Also expect more diverse traffic crime cases."

Director Park Joon Woo added, "Thanks to the viewers' support, we will strive to make Crash 2 a long-running Korean-style crime series, with even more diverse episodes and upgraded car action." 

AStory stated, "At the end of Season 1, the TCI team's affiliation changed from the National Police Agency to the National Investigation Headquarters. Accordingly, Season 2 will return with an even larger scale, more cases, more diverse stories, and more car action than in Season 1. We ask for your interest."
