Kim Dong Hee is a South Korean actor under JYP Entertainment, and he is currently studying at Gachon University majoring in Acting Arts. Dong Hee made his acting debut in 2018 in the web drama A Teen.

Kim Dong hee in both seasons of A-Teen plays the role of a boy named Hamin, he is calm and cute. He is very smart, and everyone sees him as a model student. He and Kim Hana got closer in the 1st season when they study together, he starts developing feelings for her, but he doesn't know how to show his feelings to her. In the 2nd season, his relation with Kim Hana is more distant, because she starts to hang out more with the new boy Ryu Jooha.

His acting is outstanding even tho he didn't act in many projects and is still young, but already has so much potential. He has grown and developed so well as an actor and a lot of people think that he's going to be really big one day. Not only he is a handsome actor, but also a very talented one, and all of his dramas, he had a role in became popular.

	*Dong Hee's second appearance was in the famous drama Sky Castle* in 2018. He plays the role of Cha Seo jun the first twin of Cha's family, even though he is calmer than his younger twin, he strongly dislikes his father's method of teaching and studying.
His role was so touching, heartwarming and unforgettable. He did a fantastic job!! Also, his love for his brother twin was so touching!!

Kim Dong Hee as Jang Geum Soo

CEO Jang's second and illegitimate son; Yi Seo's classmate and staff member at DanBam (a pub). Geun-soo has been bullied by his older brother Geun Won, and he never felt loved by his mother and CEO Jang. Upon turning 17, he left the Jang family and lived by himself from then on. After inconveniencing DanBam in an incident, he decides to work for Saeroyi, who he considers to be a "real adult." He has a crush on Yi Seo.

I liked Dong Hee's acting in this drama, and his role fits with him so much!

Frankly, I liked his acting in this role, BUT I didn't like the character because I'm not entirely convinced with the direction of the character development. Also, it ends up to a very uncomfortable situation, but many of viewers loved the way that he passed from a good guy to a villain one, they also didn't like how Yi Seo gave him false hopes, that if he were to take over his father's company, she would be with him. Fans said that all that he did was for Yi Seo and that shows how much he loves her.

His role in this drama surprised many of his fans and Itaewon Class viewers, and he attired a lot of attention with this role as it's a premiere for him. Kim Dong Hee did his best to portray his character, and I could see all kinds of different emotions in his eyes, when he was hurt, mad and even at times happy.

	*Kim Dong Hee's biggest hit was in the criminal drama Extracurricular. He plays the role of Oh Jisoo,* a high school student who's considered as a model student. He was the calmest among his classmates. He never causes problems with the other students, he never gets low marks in tests or even gets punished by the teachers. He is also so distant, cold and unsocial with others, he doesn't have any friends to chat with or to have fun with. BUT nobody knows what he has in mind, and what did he did to collect money to offer himself a better life and to enter a good faculty.
I sincerely fell in love with his naive character, his acting was so PERFECT! I felt like the role of Oh Jisoo was made for Kim Dong Hee, he mastered it perfectly !! He surprised many fans in this role, as it's the first time for *Kim Dong Hee* to play a role like this. It wasn't like the usual roles that we had seen him in.

On an interview, Kim Dong Hee shared:

"It would be a lie to say I didn't have any hesitation about appearing [in this drama]. It was the most shocking scenario and script out of all of the ones I've seen so far, so I wanted to do this project. It felt very new. I felt drawn to it because it's been difficult to talk about this kind of topic in Korean drama conventions until now. The director said that it's a story someone has to tell, and I also felt that way."

He also added :

"The first time I read the script, I don't think I read it through from beginning to end. In fact, it was quite challenging to read. I was able to picture everything the writer put into words in my head, and I felt like reading a difficult novel; I was very curious to see how the writings would translate on screen. I went through a lot of difficulties, but when I finally pulled off those difficult parts, I felt particularly proud. The script was such a fresh and sensational one.
I feel honored to have played the first leading role in Netflix Original series. Just the fact that I took part in a Netflix show as an actor is an honor and it means a lot to me. I feel proud of myself. "

According to the movie industry on the 8th Kim Dong Hee will be the main cast for the upcoming Korean movie" Season of you and me "

Season of Me and You is a movie about the story of singer Yoo Jae Ha and Kim Hyun Shik who passed away at a young age.

The director Jung Da Won said that Jin Sun Gyu, Kim Hye Joon and Yoo Jae Myeong would appear in the movie.

Kim Dong Hee will play the role of Yoo Jae Ha.

A few weeks ago the Korean actor Song Joong Ki was scheduled to play of Yoo Jae Ha.

Song Joong Ki got off because the schedule of the movie industry has changed several times due to the COVID 19 incident. Song Joong Ki filmed the movie <Bogota> in Colombia earlier this year. However, in the aftermath of the COVID 19, he returned to Korea without completing the shooting.
