Chun Woo Hee in talks to join Song Joong Ki in a new K-drama by "Yumi's Cells" director
Ha Joon will be joining the upcoming KBS drama "True Sword Battle."
On May 31st it was officially confirmed that Ha Joon will be joining EXO's Doh Kyung Soo and actress Lee Se Hee in the upcoming law drama titled "True Sword Battle."
Ha Joon's agency ACE Factory also confirmed the reports that the actor is joining the drama.
"True Sword Battle" will narrate the journey of a prosecutor armed with bad manners and delinquency. The prosecutor will use any method and tricks instead of proper procedures just to stop the corruption of authorities.
The series will be directed by Kim Sung Ho ("Move to Heaven") and the script will be penned by Im Young Bin ("Sketch"). It will be produced by Neo Entertainment and Vlad Studio.
Ha Joon will play the role of Oh Do Hwa, a prosecutor at the Central District Prosecutors' Office. He is an elite and a genius who passed the bar exam at the age of 22. He always thinks ahead of his opponent.
Aside from Doh Kyung Soo, Lee Se Hee, and Ha Joon, Joo Bo Young, Lee Si Eon, Kim Sang Ho, and Yun Joon Suk will also join the series.
"True Sword Battle" will air in the second half of the year.
Ha Joon is set to star in three upcoming dramas this year. He started the year with the drama "Crazy Love." Then the next will be "True Sword Battle." The actor will also join the upcoming series "Missing: The Other Side 2."
The actor was also part of the box-office film "The Roundup" with Ma Dong Seok, Son Seok Koo, Choi Gwi Hwa, Kim Seung Hyun, and Park Ji Hwan. Ha Joon will also be part of the upcoming movie "More Painful Than Sadness."
