The Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival is one of the world's top three fantastic film festivals (festivals specializing in horror, fantasy, sci-fi, and action genres), along with Spain's Sitges Film Festival and Portugal's Fantasporto Film Festival.

Previously, Hunt was also invited to the Orbita section of the 55th Sitges Film Festival and obtained positive reviews from the local audiences.

Furthermore, the Lee Jung Jae starrer was also screened at 47th Toronto International Film Festival, Fantastic Fest 2022, and the 36th Fantasy Film Fest. Hunt was also a local box office hit in South Korea and became the fourth highest-grossing Korean film of 2022 by collecting gross $36,114,055.

The movie drew keen interest from the audience as it marks the debut of Lee Jung Jae as a screenwriter and director. Apart from directing, starring, and penning the screenplay, he also co-produced his own film.
