Jeon Jong Seo receives offer to star in the upcoming K-drama "Genie House"
INFINITE's Kim Myung Soo is set to play a role in the upcoming webtoon-based K-drama Perfect Family.
Various media outlets shared on August 17th that Kim Myung Soo has been picked as one of the cameo appearances in the upcoming K-drama Perfect Family.
Kim Myung Soo recently returned to acting through the MBC K-drama Numbers with Choi Jin Hyuk, Choi Min Soo, former Momoland Yeonwoo, Kim Yoo Ri, and INFINITE's Lee Sung Yeol.
Aside from Perfect Family, Kim Myung Soo will also star in the upcoming Disney+ K-drama The Worst Boy in the World together with Tang Jun Sang, Seo Young Joo, Yoo Teo, Cho Yu Ha, and Uhm Chae Young.
Kim Myung Soo also participated in INFINITE's promotions for their 13th anniversary and new album. He will also join their upcoming concert tour around Asia.
The INFINITE member started his acting career back in 2011. He is known for being part of the K-dramas Shut Up: Flower Boy Band, The Master's Sun, Cunning Single Lady, My Lovely Girl, The Emperor: Owner of the Mask, Miss Hammurabi, Angel's Last Mission: Love, Secret Royal Inspector, and more.
Perfect Family will revolve around Choi Seon Hee and her seemingly perfect family. Their world will crumble after Choi Seon Hee's friend Kyung Ho dies. It will be based on the webtoon of the same name written by Nyangpa and illustrated by Joo Eun.
Kim Myung Soo will work closely with the main leads Kim Byung Chul, Yoon Se Ah, Park Ju Hyun, and Yoon Sang Hyun.
In the upcoming series, Kim Myung Soo will play a special character named Lee Sung Woo. He is a violent detective that is known for his good personality and sense of responsibility. He will be involved in Park Ju Hyun's character Choi Seon Hee.
Perfect Family will be helmed by Japanese director Yukisada Isao who also worked on the hit Japanese movie Crying Out Love, in the Center of the World.
The upcoming K-drama is set to begin filming soon and according to reports, it will premiere through a global OTT platform.
