Blood Free unveiled a preview video and character posters featuring Ju Ji Hoon and Han Hyo Joo.
The poster featuring Woo Chae Woon (Ju Ji Hoon) depicts him sharply gazing somewhere against the backdrop of a protest aimed at the BF Group, the world's leading biotechnology company that revolutionized the meat industry. The text on the poster reads, "The most advanced technology comes in the form of a weapon."
The second poster shows Yoon Ja Yoo delivering a speech as the CEO of BF Group through a giant digital billboard. However, the intense protest on the street against the BF Group and technology that cultivates artificially engineered meat raises tension. The text reads, "The one who changed the world becomes everyone's target," implying threats are looming over Yoon Ja Yoo.
The preview video shows Yoon Ja Yoo confidently addressing a gathering at her company's product launch event. She says, "Cell culture utilizes only 1% of the land area required for traditional livestock farming and feed cultivation, yet produces the same amount of food."
Then, as the preview nears its end, it shows Yoon Ja Yoo surprising everyone by introducing BF Group's new innovation, leaving viewers curious about her achievement.
Ju Ji Hoon will be seen as Woo Chae Woon, a soldier turned bodyguard chasing the mastermind behind a terrorist incident. Han Hyo Joo plays Yoon Ja Yoo, the CEO of the leading biotech company BF Group.
Lee Moo Saeng takes on the role of On San, Yoon Ja Yoo's friend for 20 years and the head of the research center, who also co-founded the BF Group.
Kim Sang Ho plays Kim Shin Gu, the biotechnologist who developed the core technology behind the artificially engineered meat.
Jun Suk Ho plays Seo Hee, an IT expert in the BF Group. Park Ji Yeon assumes the role of Jung Hae Deun, the head of BF Group's planning department.
