Kang Dong Won's Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman (directed by Kim Sung Sik) has clinched the top spot at the box office for two consecutive days, cementing its dominance during the Chuseok holiday. The film has seen an uptick in daily cinemagoers' attendance figures, attracting close to 200,000 viewers to theaters and firmly establishing itself as a cinematic sensation.

According to the integrated computer network of the Korean Film Council for ticket admissions, Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman maintained its top position at the box office, drawing 190,376 viewers on the second day of its release. The total number of viewers is now approximately 356,862.

Released on September 27, the K-movie Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman tells the story of Dr. Cheon (Kang Dong Won), a fake exorcist who doesn't believe in ghosts but has a ghostly insight as he takes on an extraordinary case, unlike anything he has experienced before.

The second place at the box office, just like the previous day, was claimed by Boston 1947 (directed by Kang Je Gyu), starring Ha Jung Woo and Yim Si Wan. On September 28, Boston 1947 recorded 89,210 viewers, bringing the total audience count to 172,065. 

Boston 1947 weaves the story of Korean marathon runners who ran the first international marathon held after the Korean Independence. 

The real-time reservation rates also show Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman maintaining its top position, with a reservation rate of 34% and a pre-booking count of 155,077 as of the morning of September 29. Boston 1947 is in second place with a reservation rate of 20.2% and 92,000 pre-bookings.
