Kang Hoon is set to star in another drama!
On February 16th media outlets shared that Kang Hoon will be joining Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, Wi Ha Joon, Park Ji Hoo, and Uhm Ji Won in the upcoming drama titled "Little Women."
Kang Hoon's agency npio Entertainment confirmed the reports and stated that the actor will be joining the cast of "Little Women."
"Little Women" will be about three sisters who grew up poor but have great relationships. These women will confront the richest and most influential family in Korea.
The upcoming series will be directed by Kim Hee Won ("Vincenzo" and "Money Flower") and written by Jung Seo Kyung ("The Handmaiden" and "Mother".)
Kang Hoon will play the role of Oh In Kyung. His character will be partnered with Nam Ji Hyun's character.
"Little Women" will reportedly air in the second half of the year.
This is the second confirmed upcoming series of Kang Hoon. His career bloomed after the public discovered him in the hit 2021 MBC series "The Red Sleeve" with 2PM's Lee Jun Ho, Lee Se Young, Lee Deok Hwa, Park Ji Young, and Jang Hee Jin.
Aside from "Little Women," Kang Hoon will also be part of the upcoming Korean remake of the Taiwanese series "Someday or One Day" titled "Please Come to Me."
Kang Hoon was also included in the dramas "You Are My Spring," "Meow, the Secret Boy," "Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung," "Let Me Introduce Her," "Flower Ever After," and more.
Meanwhile, Kang Hoon recently participated in the virtual fan meet of "The Red Sleeve" with Taiwanese fans. He joined main leads Lee Jun Ho and Lee Se Young in talking and entertaining the overseas fans of the drama.
